I've been TERRIFIED for no reason! The fire alarm inside my apartment building recently went off. I burst into tears and quickly called my Mum and Aunt, told them what the h*ll was going on and then after a few minutes, it stopped. I had just locked the door when someone came up the stairs and reassured me it was mostly set off accidently. I feel better now, for some reason. normally I would've still head over to a different area, but this time I didn't.

One really nice trick for dealing with anxiety is to breathe in for five counts and out for seven. If you're like me and you've got a lower lung capacity, you can do four counts in and six counts out. It helps slow your heart.

Eh, not too bad, I guess. One really nice trick for dealing with anxiety is to breathe in for five counts and out for seven. If you're like me and you've got a lower lung capacity, you can do four counts in and six counts out. It helps slow your heart. That doesn't help me calm down, actually.
