These characters are really interesting in my opinion. I hope they get more time in the books.

Them making a reappearance isn't likely as they were a tribute based entirely off a young girl who was a fan that died along with her parents. They worked as a one-shot appearance for said tribute purpose, they don't need to be brought back really..
Especially not at this point, if they were gonna make a reappearance I'm pretty sure it would've been done by now, but Vicky isn't running the series anymore so chances of that are a fat zip. Her and her family have a brief appearance in the main series and even a short play, that's more than enough.
On the bright (heh) side, their names are my absolute favorite names in the series because of how... well... "lyrical" and pretty they are.

I'm fine with them having just one appearance. I honestly don't think they should be given any real personality considering they're based on real people...
