He's really cute as a kit, protective of his mother and very adventurous. It sucks that Brambleclaw wanted to use him as deputy, I couldn't stand him in Sunset
He's very underrated though. One of the few background characters with a personality. It's frustrating that the Erins never gave him an apprentice.

What makes him great is not only is he a background character with a really noticable and memorable personality, but he’s also a background character with consistency and clear development. I don’t need countless chapters or POV to see the growth and natural consistency and development of this cat. He’s entertaining in every little scene he’s in and I adore his design.

Berrynose is awesome and he better become deputy/leader in TBC or else I'm making a fanfic where he does.
