Freyja is a cat who, once she has your back, will always have it. With a quick tongue and quicker claws, she could bring down the most powerful of Protectors with a few simple words. She is very strategic, and never makes a move without considering what might happen afterwards. For this reason, many believe she will be a great ruler - she is responsible and a good ally in battle, because she can predict where the enemy might strike next once their current position is overtaken.
Freyja doesn't lose her head easily. She learned at an early age that royalty does not throw tantrums, and in the moons that followed she managed to master her temper quite well. She is very respectful, even to those of 'lesser' positions, and considers them and their influence with every decision she makes. Freyja almost never makes a decision that would harm someone if she has any other choice.
Freyja has her faults, though. She is intensely stubborn, and has been asked before why she didn't Bond with the Bull, Taurus. She could hold her own in an argument for days - and has, if you want the truth. She's a very sarcastic young molly, and skeptical of those who might try to enter her life without first proving themselves worthy. She doesn't trust easily, which has gotten her into quite a few pickles before.

Freyja was born royal, and was born to reign. Taking after her father in her Saptirishi ways, Freyja showed at an early age that she has quite a gift with her Summoning abilities. It surprised only a few when she Bonded to Draco. Her sister is her best friend, and since kits they have done everything together - although they did have friends outside of each other as well. When she was younger, just out of her kit-hood, Freyja fell in love with a young molly she had grown close to. However, the molly showed herself to be manipulative and untrustworthy, and that caused Freyja to become the skeptical Princess that she is today.

Kaolin, or Kao, is as trustworthy as they come - if you have his loyalty and respect, you have it for life. He's smart enough to know who does or doesn't deserve that respect, but he also knows that when someone does, it means he shouldn't take it away unless necessary. Kao is the kind of cat you want on your side, if only because you know that he'll come when you call for help.
Kao is a very ambitious cat - he hopes to one day lead the Shadows as Knight of House Hydra, as he has always wanted to be the best Protector he can. He's proud of his position in the Clan and what he does for them, and he does it with a sense of determination that some lack entirely. He believes in his King and the Royalty, and would protect them with his life if he needed to - which he very well might.
Kao is a very aggressive cat, when the time comes. He has been known to lead with his claws rather than his words on occasion, and he can be quite the cunning fox. Due to his abilities as a Dream-Weaver, he comes across as untrustworthy at first, ironically, because he knows how to make others see what he wants them to see. When frustrated or tired, he tends to become quite curt and has been known to break a few hearts with his harsh words.

Kao is Clan-born, son of a wonderful molly and a deceased tom, who instilled in Kao the determination to lead the Shadows with honor. Kao has never been in love, and believes he never will be, though he has had many an issue with others falling for him. He prefers friends over lovers, and has considered before that he might not be interested in love at all, but for the time being he's focused solely on his duties and completing them in a way that would make his father proud.

Veritas is a quick tom, light on his paws and born with a tongue that could cut apart the most fortified of egos. He's very intelligent, as much a Crafter should be. With a knack for wit and sarcasm, Veritas has often been known to enchant his crafts with prank-like abilities, so that those who use them might find themselves as much with the short end of the stick as those they would use his traps against.
Veritas is a proud tom, especially of his house. Despite coming from a Vessel House, he believes that all cats should have equal chances, and as such is brave enough to use his powers in battle to help those that would defend him. He is a kind tom, known for his patience with the young and his ability to calm someone simply with a few words. He likes to use his abilities to help those in need as often as he has the chance.
Despite his kind demeanor, Veritas is a notably jealous and vengeful male. He envies those with the power, especially House Saptarishi, and vies for their downfall so that those more 'suitable' might take the throne and provide more care and respect to those Vessel Houses who otherwise go unnoticed. Veritas secretly hopes to help lead the rebellion of those long forgotten by the Saptarishi's, and will do anything to help 'the cause'.

He grew up watching his family fall under the power of those High Houses and their Royalty, and as he grew, so in him did a rage against those who would take power and refuse to care for it responsibly. He grew up a kind, quick tom with a dark penchant for causing problems wherever he could. He would prefer that no one lead the Clan, over a Saptarishi. He hopes to be the one to take Freyja's heiress-status from her.

Astrid is a Healer, through and through. With a kind heart that could heal even the darkest of souls, and a vicious protectiveness that has left many a ignorant enemy scarred for life, this determined molly is not one to be messed with. She protects her patients with a fierceness only matched by a mother, and she cares for those who need it regardless of who they are, or what they have done.
Astrid is a cat that could calm a storm with words, if she so wished. Her easy-going, even-tempered nature prevents her from losing her cool, and provides her with a motherly aura that helps to keep the sick and injured from losing their heads. She is a very observant cat, able to noticed symptoms that a patient might be attempting to hide, and this has made her a very suitable Healer, indeed.
Astrid , though, has her own faults. She is very trusting and naive, preferring to see the good in everyone rather than admit that a clanmate might simply be evil. Her inability to distrust has gotten her into many skirmishes in the past, though she herself has never harmed anyone. As such, she has been left skittish and shy, unwilling to make new friends for fear that she might watch another cat close to her heart be taken before their time.

Caleo is a strong molly, and has earned her title as Dame of the Soldiers through more than just her family name - she works hard, every day, to make sure that no one can say she is unfit to lead her Protectors. From practicing her strategy-planning to constantly perfecting her fighting techniques, Caleo is a Soldier through and through. She would defend anyone, regardless of statues or moral ambiguity, if she knew they were in the right.
Caleo is not a cat to take for granted - her loyalty comes without fail, and her consideration for others provides her with an ability to help that most cats do not possess. But break her trust, or show her you are unworthy of that loyalty, and you will rue the day you ever wrong Caleo Draco. She is quick, calculating, and she knows how to get into your head, even if she isn't a Dream Weaver.
Stubborn is definitely one thing that comes to mind when one considers Caleo. It might help on the battlefield, but in every day life her stubborn temperament and her pride make her seem arrogant and unwilling to change. She can also be quite reckless, and has gotten herself injured a number of times due to jumping into fights that weren't hers, simply for the sake of doing what is right.

Caleo has trained day in and day out since she was a kit, and her aim was always the same - become the Dame of House Draco and the Soldiers. Her father was a legendary member of the Soldiers, and she aspires to make him proud through her protection of her Clan and her glory on the field. Growing up, Caleo never really had time for love, as she was too busy practicing her moves so that she would be ahead of her class during her training. As such, she has never taken a mate, and likely never will, because she fears it will distract her from her duties.

Stelo is a loyal cat, never one to break a promise or lie. He is highly intelligent, able to spot a scheme from a mile away, and with the cunning of a fox, he makes for a great strategist on the field - although, he is still coming into this craft and does mess up occasionally. Despite this, he never gives up, and is always quizzing himself on different ways to turn the tide of a battle without simply attacking the front line.
Like many cats, Stelo is ambitious enough to want more for himself, and determined enough that he just might get it. He doesn't aspire to be a King, though - he only aims to be the best that he can possibly be in whatever he does. He is also very chivalrous, and is known for his knack for helping the elders and the mothers with tasks that many would deem 'unsatisfactory'.
However, Stelo isn't the confident, suave cat that he comes across as in battle. In every day life, he is very insecure and wary of those around him, for fear that they might judge him unworthy of the mantle of Soldier. He is quiet and very skittish, and often will refuse to be the one to start a conversation. Good luck getting him to speak in front of a group unless he's strategizing, because all you'll get from him is mumbling.

It's very clear that Arjunas has only one ambition in mind: Knight of the Shadows. A young tom of low birth, he moves strategically with this goal in mind. It's hard to tell what he's thinking or how he truly feels because he wears a mask toward outsiders. He has orchestrated the facade of the joker and those that do not know him might believe that he is an unassuming, youngster who wants nothing more than to exert the title of shadow for social gain. However, once in a while, the mask will slip and the ruthless killer that he was train to be slips through. His siblings are all too familiar with this side from their days as kits. This isn't to say, however, that Arjunas doesn't have good traits. He is intelligent, perhaps uncannily so, and has no plans to fade into the foreground. He is a good and dutiful servant to the thrown while it offers him potential to gain status. But with Arjunas, his loyalty always comes with a price.

The runt of a litter of 3, Arjunas was born to a pair of hunters of the vessel house Alphard. His mother died during birthing and for a time they were taken in and nursed by another member of the clan. When they were strong enough to subsist without milk, his father took over their rearing. Deeply in love with their mother, Arjunas's father only saw the three kits as a reminder of what had been taken away from him. He was hellbent on subjecting them to some twisted form of retribution. Arjunas and his siblings lived in terror, at the mercy of the dangerous tasks his father would force them to do seemingly for his own amusement. Just when things seemed most bleak his powers awoke. What began as simply weaving sweet dreams for himself and his siblings turned into something else when he realized the illusions he weaved could drive cats to do strange things. And he learned just how his abilities flourished in the minds of the unstable. His father was quintessentially unstable and no one seems to mention his disappearance. It was peculiar how he up and drifted away. No one seems to know what happened but many suspect Arjunas had something to do with it.

Charms & Jewelry: Gallius' star-saver charm is a simple, smooth light gray pebble, wrapped in a sturdy knot of woven bark. He can occasionally be seen also wearing his family heirloom - an onyx jewel on a nettle string. The jewel is solely used for communication between his ancestors in the Celestial Plains, and sits in his den most of the time.

Gallius isn't one to be rattled easily, he's got his poker face locked down and ready for use. Constantly. He exudes a quiet air of dignity and pride, which is why cats naturally gravitate towards him. Possessing an impeccable talent for strategy and logic, he uses it as a guide to leadership. Gal (as he is often teasingly called by his family) is a whiz with battle tactics - able to accurately predict enemy movements, and come up with effective counterattacks. Skills he's since passed on to his daughter and heiress, Freyja. The King isn't one to crack in the face of pressure. He's way too stubborn for that. Instead, he'll find a way to solve it, using various strategical maneuvers. You don't have to be close with Gallius to know that he wields his power like a sword. He rules SpiritClan with an iron paw, and is not afraid to show his claws to assert his dominance. With that being said, the King would never disregard his citizens, and holds great love for his Clan. Yes, he is strict, but he's also just, and would never rule in a way that oppresses the voices of SpiritClan. However, when it coms to maintaining order, Gallius has no mercy. Whoever disturbs the peace of the Clan, or threatens the lives of his Clanmates, will pay the ultimate price. His unnerving tranquility and sheer determination make him a cat to be reckoned with.

Gallius' parents, Latisha and Magnar, were killed in a deadly bout of Plague. The illness that took them was never confirmed, and the heartbroken tom swore he would dedicate his life to putting a name to the Plague, and finding its cure. Thus, he began studying the art of healing under Elika Cygnus. Many ridiculed him; the male heir who'd turned his back to the throne. His elder sister, Sayonara, made it very clear that she did not support his tomfoolery. One day, after a particularly bad fight between the two of them, Sayonara stormed out and was never seen again. She was officially declared missing after she didn't return for the night. Scouts were able to find one lead: a piece of her fur caught on a jagged rock, a couple metres away from the SpiritClan wards. Her scent trail went cold at the border. She was presumed to be dead. Filled with guilt, the young tom forced himself to "suck it up and act like a leader". With Sayonara gone, he was the only hope SpiritClan had. For the longest time, he isolated himself from the rest of his Clanmates, scared of getting hurt again. That is, until he met Lyra Grus. The two had a fairy tale romance, before he eventually mustered enough courage to ask her to be his mate.

Esmeralda's a cat with endless reserves of patience. She can sit down and just calm herself down enough to observe, watch, think and study. A skill that's made her into the excellent Healer she is today. What she lacks in experience, she makes up for in talent and a willingness to learn. Esmer (as she's often called by her fellow Healers) has been gifted with the coveted "Healer's Touch". Put simply, she's a natural at mending cats. Unlike most of the House Cygnus members, who look down on non-Star-Saver Healers, she is also trained in herbal healing, an art her mother passed onto her. Esmeralda's mother, Elika, was a revered Healer, also known for her "Healer's Touch". Although Elika cannot be accurately described as a "bad" mother, the two had a rather estranged relationship. Esmeralda never knew her father, and was a child of affair. Elika rarely spoke of him, and when she did, she was never completely lucid. From the tidbits of information she has gathered, Esmeralda knows this much: Her father was not a SpiritClan cat. Many view her as a taboo because of her half-breed status. Her mother was neglectful, and never truly let Esmeralda into her heart. Although the two shared a common bond of healing, their relationship, ironically enough, was the one thing they both could not mend. Nevertheless, Elika taught Esmeralda many tips and tricks of the trade, and the two were civil up until Elika's sudden passing.

She has no trouble flaunting her good looks to get what she wants, and has built quite a reputation for herself; leaving a trail of broken hearts in her wake. Despite the seemingly carefree and playful attitude she puts forth, deep down inside, Hypatia is a desperately lonely cat. This could be part of the reason why she's always in the spotlight, flirting with one cat or another. The she-cat fears being abandoned, due to a rather isolated kittenhood, which is why she'll always be the one who breaks off relationships or even friendships, telling herself she cannot afford to get too attached. Since, at the end of the day, there is no guarantee that they won't leave her.

Aliza Deneb, Hypatia's mother, was a frail and sickly she-cat who died during her kitting. The rest of Hypatia's siblings were stillborn. Heartbroken and half-insane, her father, Caledon, wandered off. (He is presumed to have died by suicide). Due to this isolated and lonesome kittenhood, Hypatia grew envying those who had all the love in the world. As she got older, she learned to flirt and mess around, finding a twisted pleasure in the feeling of power. The power to break another's heart at a moment's notice.

Born a hydra by her father, Taras, Rosalina was born shortly after he was killed. She grew up knowing he was a great tom. She was a kit when she knew she wanted to help others- but she just didn't know how yet. When she was about seven moons, she declared she wanted to learn how to heal others with herbs, since she didn't have the ability that the Cygnus cats did. So, instead of gaining a rank with the House Hydra cats, she became an herbal-based healer.

While his parents were born to different Houses, Ezekiel stuck with his father, as his mother died giving birth to him and his siblings (if he gains any.) Ezekiel was a daddy's boy most of his life, but he was angry with the world for taking his lovely mother away from him before he had the chance to meet her. By the time he was nine moons, his father was killed by a predator he has no idea of. No one has found his fathers body- so the young tom is bitter that he has nothing to bury. Ezekiel's lack of parents led to his rebellious ways, where he sometimes refuses to listen, back talks, and doesn't care what others seem to say about him.
