I just hope not too many idiots brought their kids to see it thinking it was a kids movie just bc it was animated Literally the only reason why I would ever see that movie in theatres is to lol at all the angry parents who didn't research the movie they were taking their kids to see storming out of the theatre with traumatized kids

Exactly! Though the difference between Deadpool and Sausage Party is that Deadpool is actually funny

guys!! if you want to see the movie just a heads up there is lots of 'triggering' content: -racist stereotypes -religion-bashing -a graphic food orgy (for the sex-repulsed) -a whole bunch of other -phobia -a **** scene -female characters apparently being harshly abused? this movie's literal only thing is that they made sex jokes that would entertain a 12 year old, say the f word a lot, and use a format for kids shows (CGI) to make it 'adult' as shocking as possible. I wouldn't recommend giving your money to support this film. Of course, no offense to those who enjoyed it! I myself enjoy many problematic things but like, there's just something about SP that strikes me the wrong way i mean that and the fact that the animators were practically abused by being forced to work harder and longer for little pay theres a transcript somewhere on tumblr that'll explain to everyone why you shouldnt give them any money for this thing

if a movie has to rely on shock value rather than good writing to get their audience to emotionally connect with it then its not a good movie at all. in my Humble opinion

This thread is becoming rather sjwey... I don't really think people being obviously uncomfortable by some of the things in the movie are SJW-y hm, maybe the white guy stuff is but eh. I am The Ultimate SJW™™™
