I think it was quite a tactical thing on Foxstar's part. There's the whole saying of keep your friends close and keep your enemies closer. Hazepaw is Foxstar's daughter and he knows her well, she has a soft personality, very laid back and if she is suddenly becoming very quick to fight, he knows that something is up. I believe that Foxstar is always quite suspicious of Shadeclaw and this is his way of testing if his theories are true. I think that the leader sees more than what the clan gives him credit for.

I don't know Hazepaw's personality but I'm gonna give it my best guess. I assume this is a Tigerclaw and Ravenpaw scenario. Bluestar made Tigerclaw Ravenpaw's mentor in hopes to toughen him up and get him out of his shell. I'm guessing Foxstar wants Hazepaw to get out of her shell and to be stronger or something like that.

i think Foxstar recognizes that Shadeclaw is a brilliant warrior and that he hopes the mentor will pass on those traits to his daughter. but he also has faith (*places summoning tools out* xP) in Hazepaw that she will do the right thing. also, with Shade's level of skill, it would be rather suspicious if he didn't get an apprentice during the onslaught of kits from the nursery  |

i think if he were to lose his family his grief and, depending on how it happened, rage could fuel him to return to his darker ways. it was, after all, his family that changed him. it could just as easily push him back, and further into the dark should they disappear.

2) A twist in reality: The clan cats are now twolegs, not just any twolegs, they are highschoolers. Write a scene from their everyday lives, you can focus on one of the cats or you can go on multiple perspectives!
3) The Thirst for Blood: Everyone has been suspecting that Tigerpaw has a problem and has been creeping many out from his behavior. Write about his first murder everything that unfolds. |

Breeze closes his locker and stretched his limbs. He glances around for his best friend Hitch or any of his siblings. He was hoping to hang out with him for a bit before heading to basketball practice. Hitch wasn't the most liked in the school. His father was a criminal who committed quite a few murders and everyone liked to point fingers at Hitch, Dust and Amber. Breeze however did his best to defend them. His own brother and sister didn't approve but he didn't care. Breeze knew Hitch was a good kid and hoped to show everyone that they were wrong about him.
Sparrow smiled as she settled down in a chair and opened up her book. She was currently in the library and was about to read one of her favorite books. Sparrow loved to read and could go through a book pretty quickly. She hung out in the library a lot or just any quiet place she could find. Sparrow may not be the most athletic or have good grades but she prided herself on being creative.
Amber was hanging out with Tiger and his group of friends. She wasn't really friends with them but she liked to hang out with them. Truth be told, she had a small crush on Tiger. He was handsome, athletic and pretty much dominated the classroom. She hung around him and his friends in hopes of learning more about him and getting close to him. Tiger wasn't the most charismatic but his beliefs and ideologies made sense.
Eagle looked at the poem he had written and crumbles up the paper. He thought what he wrote was too dumb. He had gotten the bright idea to write a poem to his crush. However, he wanted it to be perfect! "This is a bad idea." He muttered running his hand through his blonde hair. What teenage boy wrote poetry? Sometimes, he hated being a hopeless romantic. His buddies on the football team would tease him forever if they knew about this. "Maybe, I'm better off not trying." He mutters as he looks down at the sheet of paper. She probably didn't like him anyway.
