Did you something special without realizing it, or is it more like a chance occurrence?

If you mean Warrior of Love or whatever, they show up when you have a certain number of posts (like 214, which looks like 2-14 or Valentines day.)

(Some people get permanent special ranks, I know someone who's a Millionaire bc she made the millionth post on this forum. But you either have to be given them by the mods or get really lucky)
