Academy Facilities
The Dorms
There are two dorm buildings, one for males and one for females. Each dorm building has a common room where the opposite gender is allowed until curfew. The opposite gender is allowed in dorm rooms until nine p.m.
Each dorm will be home to two students. There is a small common area with a kitchenette and a shared bathroom with two bedrooms coming from the dorm -- one room for each of the two students. Twin beds are given to each student along with a desk. One box TV and a couch are also complimentary, although all other furniture (or better furniture) must be purchased by students.
The common area has several couches, vending machines, TVs, video games, and various other things such as tabletop games. Basically any kind of fun idea you can think of is offered here!
The Cafeteria
The cafeteria is shared by all students. Meals are offered free for students every day as long as you arrive at the designated times. Breakfast is served from seven to eight, lunch from noon to one, and dinner from six to seven. The cafeteria food is fresh and has plenty of different options, from simple foods like chicken nuggets to delicious grilled fish. The options vary from day to day.
Stables
The stables have room for twenty horses with more stalls being added on. Each stall is large with a hay rack, grain feeder, and a water bucket. A name tag is on each stall with the name of the horse and the name of its owner. There is a paddock turn out for horses to be released in when they are not being worked.
At the edge of stalls is a large tack room with plenty of room for everyone's saddles, bridles, halters, brushes, and other horse items. Each student is also given a small locker to keep some of their horse stuff in.
There is also a large indoor training arena and an outdoor training arena. Before every lesson, the arena is set up for the discipline it is working on.
Dog Training Arena
Similar to the horse training areas, there is an indoor and outdoor spot. Anything and everything that is needed for any number of dog training sports is stored in the indoor area's backroom. Items are pulled out when they are needed before class. Often, more than one type of training class is going on in either of the areas in order to make more distractions for the dogs to deal with.
The School Building
Every major still requires some book learning. The school building is three stories with plenty of classrooms that teach anything animal related to any major, along with the other requirements (math, English, etc.). There is also a large room with a stage that is used for orientation and other various meetings.
