Very good observation.
They are still functioning, but if I recall a lot of those trophies require using the forums. Like 'being online for a few hours' doesn't count if you have a forum tab open in the background, rather you need to be active in the forums for those consecutive hours straight.

At times, trophies have gone through or haven't; I don't wanna point to lag, but it is possible that it is perhaps a plug in error.

Again, no confirmations on the matter, but I can gladly look into it!
