She would lead a ceremony to bring the cats together in a binding of love. Which is much more intense than with the other clans as there is no ceremony, they aren't 'binded'. While in Sunclan once you go together you go through a whole ceremony, sort of like marriage, it is far more binding.

The Queen would hold a wedding you could say for the happy couple as it binds their love. This is something not a lot of clans do, most cats just muzzle and become mates but with an actual event to celebrate this love it honestly cute af.
Now the medicine cat is the one who has to hold the ceremony meaning GRACKLEFUR will be hosting the event where two cats become mates.
