Round 2 Question 3
Given your (admittedly minimal knowledge about Twist) what do you think Twist is up to? What does she want? What is her motive?

I think Twist wants to be safe, she had to have some motive. I think she wants power as well, where she can rule but the cats believe she is good. She is a great actress and she has a mate out there murdering cats so that she can get rid of cats. She wants to take over Sunclans home and she went for them as they are so welcoming to outsiders. In my most honest opinion being pregnant she wants to have the ultimate safety and power, she could rule all of Sunclan and they would fight for her.

She clearly hates Gracklefur, but she also wants to kill Owlstar. I'm getting a 'take over the clan' kind of vibe from her. Rising through the ranks, becoming more trusted and then tearing down the clans because they did something awful to her that gave her a wonderfully tragic backstory and a motivation for burning everything SunClan loves and stands for to pieces. Oh and having a kit in the process hahaha

((lol im chill.))
Twist is a rogue who probably wants to take over Sunclan, probably because of some bad history or something. Most likely shes behind Leaffurs death in one way or another. Considering her mate and stuff

Tuna wins! How did you know?! Also ouch...good luck.. maybe she just threw up in her mouth a little?)
Point goes to Faith! You're new and haven't expereienced Twist yet, and while you're not quite correct (because her ACTUAL motives are a secret from everyone lol) you're pretty darn close for not knowing anything lol

Round 2 Question 4
Putting our current plot aside (I.E. murder) what is so scary about the Dark Pines?

I really think the scariest thing about the dark pines is that not a lot of animals are there so it feels sort of unholy when walking through. Even during the middle of the day walking through the majority of the animals that inhabit the dark pines are usually quiet. Especially for cats like Cherrypaw when wondering through it's already unnerving as it's so dark, the silence would be what would terrify me.

The Dark Pines seems to always be dark, even during the day. This can cause your imagination to get the best of you as you believe you’re seeing things. There’s hardly any prey with the only few being raccoons and porcupines, usually dangerous in my opinion. The forest seems endless and no one fully understands the forest as it creates nothing of fear and unease.

They are dark, dense and the treetops block out the sun, leaving the shadows and every little movement up to your imagination. Was it prey or predator? Who knows.

There is nothing more terrifying than walking in the dark and seeing a pair of glowing eyes. It is in the moments that our imagination takes over and the bump in the night is now a towering monster, crimson blood dripping from its outstretched claws and gaping maw, eyes glowing with pure malice as it lumbers after. That moment when the darkness swallows you and you lose track of the light and you don't know which way to run for safety. It is the unknown that sends icy chills down your spine, and the question of what if that makes your hair stand on end.
