Twigbranch brought back SkyClan. Violetshine helped rescue the prisoners by being a spy for The Kin. Alderheart had the vision about SkyClan to rescue them, and he also raised Twigbranch
But apart from that, what purpose did they serve? It just didn't feel so major. Cats who have been part of a prophecy were normally extremely important, for example, Firestar saving the Clan.
It just feels like these cats aren't very important. I admit they're all well written, I'll give them that, but apart from this, what else did they do related to the prophecy?

They felt more like supproting protagonist( protagonist that just wach events unfold or play not that major a part) then active heroes.

Twigbranch finding SkyClan absolutely saved them Violetshine spying tipped the conflict in favor of the Clans, Darktail could have actually destroyed the Clans had she not helped them
Alderheart bringing the kits to the lake allowed them to do these things
Darktail got the closest of any villains to destroying the Clans

They weren’t a part of the prophecy so they really didn’t need to serve a purpose. Finding them was pure coincedence

They weren’t a part of the prophecy so they really didn’t need to serve a purpose. Finding them was pure coincedence Except they were part of the prophecy, and that's one of the biggest problems with AVoS: Its prophecies and use of StarClan. None of them ever feel important enough that StarClan actually needed to spell them out to the heroes.

The Clans didn't find SkyClan in the shadows, and the prophecy said that the thing found in the shadows would "clear the sky", meaning it would save SkyClan. SkyClan didn't save itself.

Twigbranch found SkyClan and brought it back to the lake. No one else cared enough to try. She saved SkyClan.
Violetshine smuggled multiple cats to ThunderClan, saving their lives. She also passed valuable intelligence on to Alderheart, which helped the Clans tremendously.
Alderheart cared enough to go on the initial journey which led to him finding Twig and Violet. They would have died if he hadn't found them.
That certainly doesn't sound like nothing.

But still, "saving 6 random cats' lives" isn't exactly what you expect when you think of a cat who is the subject of the main prophecy of the arc.

It is when you consider how many cats ShadowClan had after SS. Ratscar and Oakfur may be elders, but they're still capable of hunting if need be. Three of those cats were also kits. Could you imagine how much trouble ShadowClan would be in if they lost the only litter of kits they had? And Snowbird could also and patrol intermittently. Violetshine didn't save six random cats. She saved the most important members of ShadowClan.
