why are there no other clans...? you know all those fan made clans like Iceclan or Leafclan, literally anything else we've made over the years as fan clans...? why aren't there more clans in the world to write about...? each set of clans or even individual clans can have their own ancestor group to guide them, it doesn't need to be called starclan. heck, even in my fan clans, their version of starclan is called "the sky spirits."
why won't there be more clans being made in the country where warriors takes place??

it's not like that one group could be the only group of wild cats to make "clans." like with the tribe of rushing water, they're basically a clan, but are called a tribe instead. tribe and clan are basically the same concept with different laws. and also, if i wanted to be that one guy, they could keep warriors going by having stories of new cats that make new clans in other places of the world. i shouldnt be giving them ideas but its interesting to me. they can NOT be the only group to have clans or have big groups called something like clans or tribes...they cant be THAT special...

Realistically? I think it's because we already got SkyClan after the first arc. At the point where we're now at, I don't think more blank side characters who only say 2 sentences in the whole book would make the series more interesting. So introducing yet another group in the main series wouldn't do any good in my opinion. ^^;
I think that founding new clans (kind of like in DotC) could be interesting, however. Any maybe have Cat Heaven also have some involvement in the process? If it's just one instance, I'd be intrigued to read. If it were multiple books detailing multiple (unrelated) foundings, it'd be too repetetive for me, though. It's one of these concepts that are cool the first time (DotC) but wouldn't age very well.

Don't you, like, hate SkyClan though skyclan has no reason to exist. if it was just a seperate clan on its own that was in NO WAY related to the already existing four clans, it would be cooler. my whole point is, clans can exist that aren't related to the ones we have now.

There are and have been, they’ve just not always been called clans even though they technically have organized society- or they’ve evolved, broken off, joined again/etc. For example, the oldest society of cats that the clans are derived from were the ancients- specifically several “groups” of ancients that lived around the lake. At some point only one group was still around- the others either dissipated or moved- and so in reality the descendants of those other groups- if they still committed to organize- could be out there. Then when Half Moon’s group moved to the mountains and the splinter group moved to the forest, right off the bat there were other groups there- some were more disjointed like Slash’s group while River’s group had already been there for generations, having a distinct hiarchy and traditions, and as far as we know they aren’t related to the ancients. I can go on and on but twolegplace seemed to have a new group which Raggedstar’s father led, a group of rogues visited WindClan in Tallstar’s Vengeance, BloodClan was built and rebuilt, Jingo’s group, and many more.
I mean sure there don’t seem to be a lot of groups that are as complicated and sophisticated as the clans, but there were and are a lot out there that might not have active, functional militaries and don’t dream about wars but there are clearly a lot of organized groups out there that may vary in their social structure but most have a distinctive leader.
And I’m sure we would see more complicated ones but like it’s been said already the Erin’s already have their hands full and too little time.

Wonderkind is right. One of the most recent examples we've seen too are the Guardian Cats and the several unnamed colonies that are also in the City. There's definitely other clan-like groups that exist out there, following their own traditions and morals. Some are more structured and have a common goal, like the guardian cats helping the sick and injured, while others are just trying to survive, like Dodge and his gang. I do wish we could see this explored more as well, I personally really loved the Guardian Cats and found them more interesting than the Tribe lol
