So my messages has the little numbered bubble above it that normally appears when i have an unread one, but when i go to take a look at it, i don't have any? And when I do get one, the number goes up. I'll click on the new message, and the number will go back down but stay. It's stuck on the number 1 and I'm not sure why? I clicked select all and marked them as unread, then read and it didn't work so..no idea what else i can do ^^"

Found this on the FAQs thread:
PMs & Bookmarks | Originally posted by @sav , "Go to Profile > Edit Profile > Notifications > Scroll down to the Personal Message/Bookmarks section > Uncheck > Save Changes > Recheck the square > Save Changes.
This will turn off notifications for your PM's, cancelling the '1' above your messages, and then turning them right back on, so you'll get notifications when you actually get a message.
