Millions of Years Ago The first few time machines appeared in the Cretaceous jungle, and people stepped out, wondering what they'd face.
2001 Other time machines appeared in New York, waiting to see destruction.
And other time machines? They went all throughout time.

A time machine landed in the early 1930's. As the people stepped out onto a rainy street, they heard-
Music.
A jazz and swing band was exciting a crowd in a club next door.

The 1930s
Nobody had heard anything like it. Music like this didn't exist in their time, and so the time travellers were drawn there by the music, as if by a magnet. However, people had seen them appear, and were now muttering about devilry and witchcraft.
