Frostheart shook her head "who knows, I always look like a fool on patrols I always get distracted." She purred and laid down on the ground, tucking her paws underneath her once they were clean "i suppose it'll happen eventually."

Rippleleaf gave a quick smile before she picked up the snake, she smelled the air. She didn't smell any larger prey, her ears perked at the sound of the rushing waters. "Fishing?" She asked Dewnose.
Adderbite nodded, "Yeah, someday...someday I'll be leader with a mate and kits." She purred as she saw herself ruling over the clan. (BOW DOWN TO ME PLEBS thought Adderbite)

Frostheart chuckled and shook her head "not me." She gave herself a shake "I'm sure you'd make a good leader. I think Foxstar is a great leader as well though." She looked up to the tom, he was kind and it made her feel better about her own kindness

"Yeah but I'm not going to be leader for a long time. I doubt Foxstar will pick me as deputy." Adderbite said. She laid down and cleaned her paws and whiskers. She knew Foxstar wanted someone he knew and could trust, and they never really talked.

Frostheart nodded slightly "who knows who he'll pick." She looked around "there are a few who I don't think would be a good deputy..but there are plenty of cats that would make a great deputy."

Rippleleaf nodded and went towards the river, she placed the snake under a bush. She didn't want any hawks snatching it up. She stood over the edge of the river and stared down into the rushing waters. Her green eyes glittered as she saw a fish swimming with the current. She quickly swiped at it, hooking it's gill with her claws.

Frostheart watched her friend and she stretched out, her claws dug into the earth and she let out a slight purr at the sun hitting her fur. "Whatever works." She said, her eyes catching sight of a bug.
