Ah I gotcha And I do think the covers are pretty. They do seem more similar to the European ones and I appreciate the style! I'm thinking the cat on the cover of LS is either Hawkwing or Velvet. Though it could be a new character entirely! |

I think the cat on the cover is one of the kits born this series. There were quite a few gray kits born.

hopestorm, the cover designs aren't always accurate, and just because the pixel art shows a cat with a certain eye color doesn't always that's their actual eye color unless it's been confirmed. In the case of Shadowkit—who is a tom, by the way—the green eyes are pretty much just a default eye color until an official eye color gets confirmed, if ever.

Is dovewing's eyes green or blue? There's alot of confusion concerning that, but according to Kate, they're supposed to be blue. The wiki provides links to any information that was stated in the books or outside of them. |

I think the cat on the cover is Pouncekit. If it is, that'd be interesting. (Can't be certain, but just imagine) Because you got these two kits with special sounding names that you'd THINK they'd be the main focus, and then there's the one with the ordinary 'normal' sounding name that you'd assume won't be relevant at all. Would be quite the twist if that wasn't the case. |

If it does mean something, then I'm pretty sure it has something to do with ShadowClan seeing as how they live in a pine forest. I'm pretty sure either Shadowkit or Pouncekit are on the cover.

I know some people don't want to see Pouncekit and Shadowkit have a big role because they were born of the TigerxDoveve ship but to me they seemed more intresting than a lot of characters were/are as kits. So im cool with them. I dont care about Lightkit thought.
