hey there! i've had a ridiculous amount of nicknames since i joined the forums in early 2011, but most people just call me rain or rainy these days. i joined when this site was first made but i haven't really been active since that summer. the majority of my old friends aren't here anymore (that i know of, at least) so i thought, why not make some new ones? i've really been missing roleplaying and the environment of the forums in general lately. the original wcf was a home for me when i was younger so i'm happy that in a way it still lives on.
i wasn't all that popular back in the day, but just for a point of reference: i ran two pretty successful rps; fireclan: the ambitious and brave, and trapped: what happens when you're locked in school for the summer? i joined the rp warriors world in late 2011 and actually ran it alongside shadowstalker from 2013 to the day the forums shut down, albeit i started dropping off the face of the earth a lot starting in 2014. i'm somewhat plagued with guilt that it was my fault that ww died out but you know... anyway! i was also a part of the imaginary friends chat, ~stardust~'s falconclan, and the all she-cats sleepover ran by my friend **lovesong**. not sure if anybody will recognize any of these, much less remember me but it's worth a shot! i ended up finding one of my first ever forum friends by pure luck while writing this so hey, anything's possible!
anyway! about me. oof
rain's my name, writing's my game...for the most part. i want to be a writer but it's been a long battle of trying to not be my own worst enemy. fun stuff. regardless, fiction is my passion. i love creating characters and telling stories; it's just a matter of finding the right words. i'm a huge sap and power of friendship stories are the air i breathe.
i'm kind of a loser? i mostly spend my time watching anime & cartoons, gaming, or attempting to write and getting too distracted to make any progress. my main fandoms are durarara, love live, persona 5, danganronpa, and bandori, among several others that i won't bother listing so this doesn't go on forever. i've started reading warriors again and i'm falling in love like i'm a little kid all over again. i'm hoping i can get caught back up; i think the last book i read when it came out was the blazing star, and i'm only on the darkest hour after two years on and off so...
i'll just drop that off here for now. sorry, i have a tendency to ramble
