Alright, I remember seeing this on the old WCF, so sorry if I stole your idea. I can't remember who made it...
So here's the deal. I post six names. Then, label them. Two should be "love." Two should be "like." Two should be "dislike." Give a reason for the two you don't like, if you want. Then, sub in two more names for the ones you don't like. Gender doesn't matter.
Here's an example...
Person 1:
Bob
Sally
Fred
Frank
Sue
June
2nd Person:
Bob - dislike, too short
Sally - Love
Fred - Like
Frank - Like
Sue - Love
June - Dislike, too generic
