hello there! welcome to this thread where i hope to find someone to roleplay with me. i'll detail some things about me, as well as what i'm looking for below, and if after all of that you're still interested in using one of the plots, let me know! be warned - i tend to ramble. this might be a long one. i'll do my best to keep things separate and concise (i generally fail but hey ho).
alright, so, first thing's first. my roleplaying style. at the moment, i'm working towards changing it slightly, so some posts might be a little awkwardly phrased and/or written and i apologise for that in advance. i tend to write between two and four paragraphs, more or less depending on what device i'm using, how much you give me to work with and at what stage of the plot we are as well as how i'm feeling at any particular time.
i'm also pretty active, usually i'm on for at least an hour or two every day. however, until the 22nd i'm away on vacation and so i'll be less active some days, and after that it's back to school so even if i'm still here more often than now, please expect some decrease from how active i was before the forum move (if you knew me then).
i find girls easier to write but i don't mind playing guys. nonbinary characters are for some reason even harder for me to write, so i tend not to, though of course i won't mind if you do. fxf relationships, too, come most naturally to me, but mxm of mxf are fine too. no romance at all is also absolutely fine, i find it to be a nice break, actually, but i've no preference either way. finally, i like to keep my 1x1s separate, so if you'd be alright with rping either in a separate thread on via pms that would be great, though i definitely won't force that upon you.
i love talking and chatting, so if you'd like to start a conversation, please, please do!
what about you? things i'm looking for in a partner include:
- literacy. as a relatively literate/semi-advanced writer myself, i prefer a paragraph or two to work with. i find it difficult to reply to anything below a well-rounded paragraph, and if you write more than i tend to, i'll do my best to match that.
- activity. i won't demand a post a day, though i would like commitment. if you're not going to be able to post every few days at least, there seems to be little point to me since this will die so quickly anyway. please let me know if you'll be unable temporarily just so i'm aware.
- commitment. like i said before, i'd like for you to be committed to this. i'm looking for a long term roleplay that can actually get things done when it comes to plot. i need everything to lead to something.
- friendliness. i love chatting with people and i ramble on a lot (as if you couldn't tell) so if you'd be open to talking outside of the actual roleplay, i'll be very happy. this isn't a requirement though, of course not. i can't force you to talk to me. and i won't be hurt at all if you don't want to.
- creativity. i guess this isn't so much creativity as willingness to carry the plot with me. i don't want to play all potential side characters, nor do i want to be completely passive while the plot happens around me a nice balance is important.
