i made one of these last summer so i'm making another one basically, you chronicle the lives of a family tree as it grows and spreads. if the old tree dies out, a new one is created. see the old thread for examples.Yellowfeather never seemed to take the code seriously. In fact, he hated the life of a Clan cat. Everything about SkyClan he found quite unattractive compared to the life of a loner- who needed rules and the burdens of others when he could decide those things for himself? Shortly after his mate Pebblespots (a gray molly with spotted tabby markings) gave birth, he left the Clans and was never seen again. He became a loner and had another litter of kits with another loner, Russet (a dark ginger molly with white paws)- but was run over by a truck only three moons after, killing him. Little did he know, Russet joined ThunderClan soon after, where her kits were apprenticed into warriors- ironically enough. (He was a cream tabby tom.) KITS: SkyClan Yellowfeather (Cream tabby tom) x Pebblespots (grey spotted tabby molly)- Brindlekit, Longkit, Lightkit ThunderClan Yellowfeather (Cream tabby tom) x Russetstripe (dark ginger molly with white paws)- Cherrykit, Rowankit

I've always loved these games! Welp here I go.
SkyClan
Darkkit was a quiet and gentle kit and never thought the rough and tough life of a warrior could ever be for him. Therefore, when his time came to be apprenticed he chose the path of medicine cat. However, within his first moon of training he found this life didn't suit him either. Having no other options left to choose from though, he decided to continue his work as medicine cat despite how unhappy it made him. After more moon have passed Darkpaw became more and more frustrated and depressed, and after an accident where he almost fed an elder poisenous herbs he deemed unfit so a medicine cat and was forced into the life of a warrior apprentice. He thought his life couldn't get any more worse and started to consider leaving the clan. However, one day when he was given the task to clean up in the nursery he discovered he... actually liked it. Having finally found something he liked he spent more and more time every day when he wasnt training in the nursery, giving the kits attention and keeping the nursery tidy for the kits when their mothers needed to rest. The Queens were grateful for the extra help and the kits loved him, so after a while when he asked if he could stay in the nursery full time the Queens welcomed him with open 'paws,' and was given the name Darkshine by the leader to honor his new position. He helped raise many kits in his time, including his own when he fell in love and had kits with his mate Swifthawk. He died after many moons of serving in the nursery when a fox invaded the camp and tried, and failed, to storm in the nursery.
Firekit was a wild little kit and full of spunk ever since she was born. She liked to act before she thought, which led her into trouble as an apprentice when she wandered into an occupied fox den. In the resulting squabble her dearest friend Cinderpaw was killed and she was severely wounded and lost one of her eyes. The incident haunted Firepaw for a long time, but after recooperating in the medicine cat's den for many moons she eventually regained her strength and resumed her training. It took time but she never wavered in her determination to become a warrior, and because of her strong perseverance she was rewarded with the name Firebird. Despite her disability she was one of SkyClan's best warriors. Many even sought to be her mate, but there was only one cat lucky enough to catch her heart, and before long she landed in the nursery to bear his kits. Unfortunately for her however this cat was Plumwhisker, the SkyClan medicine cat. They fell in love during her time healing in the medicine cat den and even though they knew it was against the code they couldn't stop themselves from hiding their feeling for each other. Things seemed fine at first and she raised her kits without any suspicion, having said the Tom she had them with didn't want to be involved with them. Besides her relationship with Plumwhisker, Firebird was a model warrior after leaving the nursery and was even rumored to become the next deputy. However, everything changed when their camp was attacked by a wild fox. Things seemed fine after the enemies were chased away, but after the dust cleared the clan discovered a few cats lay dead in the clearing. Firebird's brother was among the dead, but only one lone cat laying beside the medicine den bloody and unmoving caught her attention. Firebird's yowls of grief shocked the whole of the clan as she ran to Plumwhisker. Their forbidden love was finally uncovered as she buried her head in her fallen mate's fur. The clans shock faded to outrage, and before Plumwhisker's body turned cold Firebird was banished from SkyClan. For one long moon she wandered the land, lost in a literal sense and lost in every other way with her clan and the love of her life ripped away from her. However, she finally snapped back to her senses when she discovered that she was once again pregnant. She knew this cold life outside the clans wasn't the one her unborn kits deserved and she vowed to find a new home. She had heard rumors from some rogues and loners that there were another group clans out there somewhere and she took off to find them. It seemed like she walked on forever but she refused to give up and she pushed on, fighting her terrible hunger and exhaustion. Her endless determination payed off and with her kits days from arriving she stumbled into the foreign RiverClan territory. Unwilling to send away the starving and heavily pregnant she-cat, RiverClan welcomed Firebird into their clan. Sadly, while she finally accomplished her mission she would never get raise her newest litter of kits, as she died shortly after the kitting. She gave every last ounce of her energy in birthing her kits, and knowing she had given them a fine new home she died happily curled around her newborn kits with Plumwhisker waiting for her in the stars.
Cinderpaw died after running in a fox den to save her friend.
Moletooth led an overall uneventful life unlije hus sister and died suddenly in his sleep in his nest in the warriors den. He preferred not to have a mate and died without having kits.
Applekit seemed different from most of the other cats in the clan. It was discovered early in her kithood that she was deaf. While this never bothered her, the rest of the clan feared for her fate. For his could a deaf cat lead a normal life in the clan? They never even considered her becoming a warrior, so the leader decided to try and see if she could be trained in the ways of a medicine cat when she reached 6 moons. However, Applepaw hated the smells of the herbs she worked around and found the training boring, so after a few days she refused to touch any more herbs, growling in refusal when anyone tried to get her to do so. The clan was at a loss with what to do with her now, so after the failure of her medicine cat training Applepaw was sent to live in the elders den and forbidden to leave the camp for her own safety. At first Applepaw was frustrated as she watched cats go in and out of camp all day going about their duties. But after a while she started to become depressed, and for days on end she would sit beside her elderly denmates and watched cats in the camp clearing talk and play with an empty gaze. The leader and his confidants tried to figure something out to help the deaf cat, but they could never come up with anything. No one in their history had ever experienced a cat born with deafness before. However, there was one cat that couldn't stop himself from watching her each day with a heavy heart, a young warrior called Ospreysong. One day he came up to the leader and offered to mentor her, unable to watch the poor cat in this state any longer. The leader agreed, having no other options left, and made Applepaw his apprentice. The next day Ospreysong took Applepaw out of the camp for the first time. Ospreysong tried his best to wordlessly explain for Applepaw to follow him, and it seemed to work for Applepaw never strayed from him. He took her around the territory and showed her SkyClans borders, trying once again to explain without words that they are borders by showing her his to mark the borders as they went on. Applepaw seemed to understand, for because she was deaf her other senses were stronger, and she noticed that the clan scent of the land was stronger within these borders Ospreysong was marking then the land away from it. As each day passed Applepaw made more and more progress with Ospreysong teaching her. Her mentor was a patient cat and didn't mind the effort it took teaching her. In no time Applepaw taught how to hunt prey, patrol the border, and with the occasional help of the other mentors and apprentices Applepaw learned how to fight. Because of her superior sense of smell the eaisiest thing that came to her was hunting, and within her first moon of training she caught her first prey. Applepaw with the help of her dedicated mentor learned, albeit slowly, to be an active member of clan society. One day wile on a routine border patrol, Applepaw scented something she never had before. What she smelled was the scent of a badger, and while she didn't know this new scent was of danger she was curious of the new smell and wanted to know what it was. So she began to track it. As Applepaw started to leave Ospreysong noticed her wandering off and went to follow her, but as he did that was when the badger attacked. Applepaw yowled in surprise as the huge beast erupted from the bushes and charged at her, but before she could react Ospreysong and the rest of patrol leaped into action. Ospreysong dived for Applepaw and pushed her out if the way while the rest of the patrol got its attention and attacked. Ospreysong shoved her into a thick bush and in the way she could understand told her to stay put before turning back and joining in the fight. Applepaw watched as they attacked the creature with wide eyes. She saw some of the patrol GI flying off the beast and then charge back right at it, and watched as some did not. Her heart jumped as Ospreysong too was flung off the beast, and as she was expecting him to get back up and charge back at it he did not. She scooted out of the bush ans whined at him to get up but he didn't move, it knocked him unconscious, and she knew the badger had hurt him. It was at that moment she knew the badger was bad and why thet were attacking it, and with a fire in her eyes she unsheathed her claws and launched toward the creature. She watched hiw her clanmates attacked the beast and replicated their actions. Applepaw fought with bravery alongside her clanmates and together they kept the badger at bay until reinforcements arrived, and then they were all able to chase the badger off the territory. Because of her act of courage during that incident, the leader deemed Applepaw fit to become a fully fledged warrior. Although she would never hear it all the clan cheered for the new warrior Appleheart, including Ospreysong who while injured survived the ordeal. Despite being deaf Appleheart was a fine warrior, and despite no longer being her mentor Ospreysong still enjoyed to spend time with her, and so did she. Appleheart had grown to to love Ospreysong. A deeper love then the bond she saw between a mentor and his apprentice. One day when sharing a vole in the camp clearing with him, Appleheart looked Ospreysong deep in his eyes and purred, twirling her tail with his. Ospreysong understood what she meant, and he loved her back. Ospreysong had loved Appleheart all along, from the first time he saw her all those moons ago. The two were mates from then on, and had a litter of kits together. Appleheart served as a warrior for all her days until retiring to the elders den with Ospreysong. She found that being back there wasn't so had this time now that Ospreysong was with her. They spent the rest of their days together until a greencough epidemic struck the clan, claiming them both. Appleheart and Ospreysong died in peace together in their nest.
ThunderClan
Volekit was never one that enjoyed the stories of a warrior's adventures, and when the time came to be apprenticed she chose the path of a medicine cat. She was happy with her work and when her mentor died she earned the name Voleleaf. She never strayed from her duties as medicine cat and never had a mate. She died when a tree crashed on the medicine den during a bad storm.
Skykit was stillborn.
Bumblestorm was a strong warrior and was well respected for her skill in battle. After a particularly bad fight with a rival clan that claimed the life of both her leader and deputy the clan was in panic. That night the medicine cat received a dream from StarClan that Bumblestorm was destined to become the next leader. Although Bumblestorm was a queen at the time nursing her kits, and mourning the loss of her mate, father of her kits, and the slain leader of ThunderClan, Possumstar, Bumblestorm couldn't refuse in her clan's greatest time of need and agreed to become the leader. She stayed in the nursery with her kits as much as she could before they were old enough to be apprenticed, and afterwards fully committed to her role as Bumblestar, the leader of ThunderClan. She gave each of her lives protecting her clan and gave her final life saving a kit from a large eagle.
