I don't think these exist...except SkyClan's old gorge home, if I remember correctly? I've always definitely wished we had a map of the camps. I can never envision them properly, especially with recent additions, like the tree in ThC's camp. There's a lot of good fanart of the camps, though.

The Warriors Guide has descriptions of the camps of both the forest and lake territories, but no map. But they do have a more in-depth map of each of the territories.

The warriors Guide is a Barnes & Noble exclusive field guide that came out in 2012. I had to buy mine off of EBay!
