Well, the path of totality for the last eclipse in the real world was about 70 miles wide.
So it could go either way, but they definitely got at least a partial eclipse.

They would probably be pretty confused, but seeing as an eclipse doesn't last that long, they probably wouldn't have much time to worry about it... Not to mention that they're not fighting during that time, either...

It depends on whether they were on the path of totality or not. And even if they did see it, they probably wouldn't think much of it considering both part and full time members were kittypet and would probably have some idea of what an eclipse was, or at least be aware that it wasn't anything dangerous.
