I second Crowfeather. ^^ I think he can be a prickly pear, for sure, but that some of his not-so-good quality's are over-exaggerated (namely, his treatment of Breezepelt.) What Moonkitti said in her video about him is essentially how I feel.

-Rainflower > mentally abused her son just 'cause he looked "ugly"
-Breezepelt > threatened to kill a pregnant queen. having daddy problems isn't an excuse.
and finally...
-Nightcloud > she manipulated her son to hate his dad
no offense, but just about all of them are not misunderstood.

Clear Sky all the way. It's less that he's misunderstood and more that some people choose to weigh his crimes as being greater in magnitude than his redemption, which doesn't make sense to me because that's essentially judging his actions without context. "He did so much bad stuff that he can't make up for it" is not a statement I'd really ever agree with. The worse the crime, the harder a believable redemption arc would be, but Clear Sky spent more time as a character who understood his mistakes and tried to make amends for them than he did as a villain.

How is Ashfur misunderstood? He got broken up with and took it so hard that he tried to murder his ex-girlfriends (supposed) children. That's not misunderstood, that's just a terrible cat.
But to answer your question, probably Twigbrach, to an extent.

-Tigerstar: that also true but he also kind of wanted to show his clan that he won't be like his father Pinestar
-Scourage > wanted to kill tigerstar for revenge
-Mapleshade: exactly. Everyone thought she was innocent but she really is evil
-Rainflower: also true
-Breezepelt: He wanted to impress his father but when he couldn't he started hating him (this isn't the only reason) so he joined the Dark Forest where he really made the mistakes.
-Nightcloud: She feels used by Crowfeather. I mean Crowfeather just became her mate to show he is loyal to the clan
to be honest I didn't think all of these through in the beginning. Sorry bout that ;~;
