That's definitely interesting news ^^
I'm actually pretty excited for the movie, mostly because while it's being produced by David Heyman (aka funded by), it's going to be mostly created by a Chinese film company. I feel like a Chinese company would be better at creating it in it's raw, natural state. An American company would probably water it down too much or make it too childish.

What's interesting to me is that it say it's "based on a series of young-adult books and targeted at children and the YA crowd." Which I think is pretty significant. Young adult by definition is age 9-18. If the movie adopts that viewpoint, this is very much going to be a young adult film. Which would be awesome tbh. |
