the only reason graystripe came back in the books was to have kits then disappear in terms of being a character who does anything important...  |

The Erins only used him and Millie to add more bloodlines to the story, hence why Dove x Bumble was on the table for a while, and now Blossomfall is with Thornclaw right before Briarlight is killed off, since they already confirmed she won't get a mate.
