Right before Hollyleaf dies, her last words go to Leafpool as a loving farewell. Should she have said to Squirrelflight instead, or at least both of them? Or are you fine how it is in canon?

Both, or Leafpool. I was extremely happy with the canon. Leafpool happened to be the one she said it to, and Hollyleaf wanted to say it to Leafpool. This is a stark contrast from when she wanted to kill her blood mother with deathberries, so I find it far more emotional.
There is nothing wrong with her saying ammends to Leafpool instead of Squirrelflight.

I'm glad she made amends with her biological mother, but it would have been nice if she made amends with the cat that raised her from kithood as well. Squirrelflight was much more of a mother to Hollyleaf than Leafpool.

I feel like she should have said that the both of them, but it makes sense that it turned out the way did. It held all a lot more emotional impact, since a huge part of Hollyleaf's arc was how she felt about Leafpool. I still feel like she should have survived, but the death was done well...
