It’s got to end eventually, nothings lasts forever, but when it does end, what are you gunna do? Go on a hiatus? Talk about the last series for as long as it’s still a decent discussion? Talk about what you think would happen if the series continued? Move to other places on the forums?
I think I’d do all three- milk the last series while it’s still interesting to talk about, turn to predicting what happened to the clans afterward, then move on to other places in the forum.

I'm in the same boat, the series has been apart of at lot of people's lives for a long time, I remember when the books first came out too. Eventually, everything ends though.

all three, then start planning either a roleplay based on the events of the books but with OCs taking the place of canon characters, (I've tried to do so before but after nobody joined I fell out of interest with Warriors and went on a short hiatus) or just straight up make a rewrite to fit my tastes and see what it would be like if certain aspects were changed
because we all know that no matter what, not everyone will be satisfied

I’ll start reading fan fictions about the aftermath for the last series

I'd most likely leave the series behind forever.

Once it ends, I will reread every single book as closure and never touch it again until I'm an adult, curious on whatever those cat books were even about. I may still write fanfiction, but arcs take 3 years to finish. By the time Arc 7 is done, I'll be 16 and probably done with cat stories. So. Yeah.

when the series "ended" last time (after the last hope) i basically just left the old WCF and got invested in other things, until i reread a couple PO3 books out of boredom and decided to check back in on the forums. so after the series ends for real (PLEASE) i'll probably just forget about this place

I'll stop buying them (thank god haha, I own every book in hardback and the bookshelf I have them on is starting to sag) But most likely I'll re-read the entire series all over again from the beginning to the end. I think that it would give me a new perspective of the series since it's been spanned out more than half of my life, and then I could condense it to about a year's worth of reading (or maybe less, who knows, I'll be out of school by then too)

I'll probably spend more time working on my own little fanclan and WC characters some more, plus stick around in Blogclan more often, all so that the Warriors spirit stays in me. I've been a lingering fan in dead/dying series before and this is no different.

First I'll go back and re-read the series. I'll also start reading older fanfiction too, working up to newer ones. And just do the same thing mostly on the forum (commenting and sharing my opinions on canon and non-canon topics).

if this series does end then I hope Holly Snow invites me to her party so we can celebrate. lmao I'm kidding. I'd just probably reread the books tbh. they'll end eventually.

Probably something similar to what I did when I lost interest in the books.
Lurk around OTD threads.
I changed my password on the official forums to a garbled string of characters and logged out. The idea was to forget the password; who’s going to memorize JsWI59236NFvfjaK7 anyway?
Distance myself from discussion. Maybe look up some obscure info when I’m bored.

The series is ripe for fan fiction, so I'll probably still write for it… Not to mention there are already hints that the Erins will write other stories… I'd be interested to see what they come up with, even though the ideas that have been created have not impressed me so far… Doesn't mean there's not something out there that could, though…

At this point I really don't care when it ends or not, after re-reading the first series I kinda don't really care for the new ones as much...
I'll probably move on to the other Erin Hunter series, bc Survivors is doing really great right now and Bravelands is turning out to be pretty good, but I might right some fan-fiction about what happens after it ends.
I'll stick around the forums still and probably become more active on BlogClan, so I don't become super bored.
