Yeeeeaaaah tbh you're better off spending your money on something else that isn't this. It's bad, it's trash, not worth it.

There is a scene that makes you think "is this going where I think its going? this is a kids book". Then they just join a cult and you feel relieved. Then you suddenly realize that you just thought joining a cult was not as bad as porking plus child grooming. And you begin to have a debate with yourself about what society deems acceptable or more acceptable.

I don't think the book is as bad as many say it is. Its just an incredibly uncomfortable book to read in the same vein yellowfang's secret is uncomfortable to read because the main focus of the story is an abusive relationship. Except its even more painful. If this bothers you don't read it.

As for the entirety of legends of the clans, I personally think pinestar's choice and Thunderstar's echo are dull. Spottedleaf's heart is the most interesting of the 3. Its hard to recommend.
