What is your opinion on them as siblings?
They really do remind me of real life siblings. They bicker and fight, but ultimately, they have each other's backs.

They're probably my favorite pair of siblings next to Crookedstar and Oakheart.

Twig deserves a better sister In a way, I disagree. I believe that Twigbranch does deserve better, but it's not necessarily Violetshine's fault she isn't better. It's neither sister's fault that Violetshine was placed in a crappier situation, and Twigbranch had it very easy compared to her. Given the situations it makes sense that Violetshine is harsher than Twigbranch but deep down Violetshine does care about Twigbranch. |

Given the situations it makes sense that Violetshine is harsher than Twigbranch but deep down Violetshine does care about Twigbranch. While I can agree slightly with this, I hope people don't undermine Twigbranch's own psycological troubles due to Violetshine's being "worse" than hers. I constantly see people excuse or forgive Violetshine's bad behaviors for how and where she was raised, but never do the same for Twigbranch who clearly suffered from the lenincy of Thunderclan, even if it doesn't seem as bad, it was still a case of seperating a kit and pushing them into a certain way of life. That's my only problem with it, really. |

Not sure why Twig went back to ThunderClan, I thought that was a mistake. Should have stayed in SkyClan. I guess they didn't want both POV of cats in the same clan, but we've had that before multiple times so not sure why it was a big deal. I do think Violet had it a lot harder. Even her foster mom didn't like her much.
Honestly I'm wondering why we still have an Alderheart POV, this last book nothing happened with him.

Thunderclan was too soft on Twigbranch and that shaped her as much as Shadowclan shaped Violetshine. |

They're okay siblings. I like the story of Gray Wing and Skystar's brotherhood better, but this one's fine too.
