And some questions:
Should Ravenpaw have stayed in the Clans?
Should he have taken a mate? If so, who?
Should he have accepted the warrior name Bluestar offered to give him in Ravenpaw's Farewell?
Should he have returned to ThunderClan after Tigerstar was killed
Do you think of him as cowardly?
How do you feel about him in general?

I definitely see a Ravenclaw in Ravenpaw. Probably because I used to be a Harry Potter fan.
Not sure if Ravenpaw should've stayed in the Clans or taken a mate, but I think it'd have been interesting to see Ravenpaw going through his last days as a loner with a warrior name. After Tigerstar was killed, I think by then, Ravenpaw's become very used to the farm and has probably found his own. Finally, while he was pretty cowardly in Into The Wild, it was mainly because of Tigerstar's menacing influence over him, and he became braver and more confident once he left ThunderClan.
So in summation, I like him.

He should've been named Ravenclaw! And then he would learn magic and be a founder of one of four Clans that specialize in it.
Okay, but seriously, I always liked Ravenwing or Ravenflight for him. Ravenfur or Ravenpelt would be fine too, and I always liked Ravenheart for him, too. But I don't mind him still staying Ravenpaw. He'd been away from the Clans for so long, that it seems fitting.
I'm not sure if Ravenpaw should have stayed with the Clans, but he seems happier with Barley anyway, so I suppose no. And honestly, I can't really see him with a mate either.
And yes, he was cowardly, which was made worse by having Tigerclaw for a mentor. But he grew to be more confident, so that's good.
Overall, I liked him.

Ravenwing.
Even if we have a MsV Ravenwing, I think that's what his name would've been.

Should Ravenpaw have stayed in the Clans?
Should he have taken a mate? If so, who? No, but I don't mind him and Graystripe being a thing after Gray loses Silver, or maybe him and Fireheart, it would be cute.
Should he have accepted the warrior name Bluestar offered to give him in Ravenpaw's Farewell? I like the idea of Ravenleaf, it's a nice name.
Should he have returned to ThunderClan after Tigerstar was killed: I would have loved that tbh.
Do you think of him as cowardly?: At first, but it's understandable, Tigerstar was threatening him.
How do you feel about him in general?: I love him.

Personally I'm all for Ravenheart. And though I can't see him take a mate, he was great around kits. He should've had a sibling with kits in ThunderClan whom he visited on occasion, or something like that.

Longtail is his half-brother. He tried to visit Frostfur's kits once, but was chased away by her because she believed the rumors about him being a traitor in ItW.

questions: Should Ravenpaw have stayed in the Clans? It would have been nice. Had he fought in the battle at Shadow Clan Camp, he would have earned his Warrior Name (Ravenclaw). Like When Graystripe was chasing after Silverstream or a member of Riverclan, his absence isolated Fireheart just as much. Graystripe and Ravenpaw serve as the “Ron” to Fireheart’s Harry Potter. Once removed, Fireheart/Potter must rely on his Hermione which is also a composite of Sandstorm and Cinderpelt. A well established heroic troupe, the Hero missing his companions for their different roles they make in his life makes for fine dramatic tension. Should he have taken a mate? If so, who? Him and Barrly are fine but in the original series, they’re aren’t a lot of options for females in his general age group. I’m going on the Original arc as the only canon so as for who is parents and siblings might be, we don’t know. My assumption was that his parents had died earlier as no one seemed to mourn or worry about him afterward. Heck, Darkstripe was treated better after he was accused of poisoning Sorrelkit. Should he have accepted the warrior name Bluestar offered to give him in Ravenpaw's Farewell? Haven’t read it. Should he have returned to ThunderClan after Tigerstar was killed Would have been great if he and Barely could have been convinced to rejoin the clan. Maybe in alternate time line or in the series reboot. Do you think of him as cowardly? No. He is being bullied by Tigerclaw and after Redtail’s murder, he’s clearly suffering both PTSD and fear for his own life. How do you feel about him in general? Love him and wish we could have seen more of him in the original series with Graystripe and Fireheart/Star. Read more: wcrpforums.com/thread/56349/all-ravenpaw#ixzz5D9jkux3b
