A long time she passed her warrior test with 3 different mentors Ivypool,Sandynose and Sparkpelt lol I think she's going to be a good warrior.

Well, I mean the longest apprenticeship I know is about 18 moons with Swiftpaw and Brightheart. Though it was pointed out their warrior names were long overdue, so this considered unusual.
Sorreltail have an apprenticeship roughly 18 moons as well. Becoming an apprentice just after Darkest Hour and becoming a Warrior in Midnight, which had an 18 moon gap.
So I don't Twigpaw will quite as old as that yet.

They messed up. idk how old they were when they became apprentices, but they're about a year old now. From when their born to shattered sky according to the wiki is 9 months. Then 3 months in river of fire. idk how long darkest night was, but it shouldn't be too long over a year

My guess is that Twigpaw finished her first assessment when she was 12 moons, second when she was 14 moons, and third when she was 17 moons old

She became apprenticed in the leafbare of Thunder and Shadow. Shattered Sky was newleaf, Darkest Night was leaf-fall, and River of Fire is late leaf fall. So that's almost 12 moons. Correct me if I'm mistaken.
