I just started it and i thought i read the 2nd book in the VoS arc but the beginning of book #3 is really confusing

everything is confusing because darktail's scheme makes no sense. also the clan's inability to get rid of him makes no sense.

I know the meeting is called fourtrees. . anymore but (or whatever it used to be called XD) |

I know the meeting is called fourtrees. . anymore but (or whatever it used to be called XD) They just made a time jump, that's all! I was confused, too, when I read it. But like with those several moons that jumped to Twigpaw being an apprentice in Thunder and Shadow, Shattered Sky started off a few moons later. It was mentioned when she thought about how her foster siblings (whose names escape me...lol) had recently gained their warrior names. During Thunder and Shadow, they still had a few moons to go before becoming full warriors, but now in SS, they start off with their full names. As for the meeting place, it has no name. It's just plain the boundary line separating ShadowClan from ThunderClan. The cats gathered there to venture into ShadowClan/now-rogue territory for the battle. Fourtrees doesn't exist anymore, because it's in the old forest. |

Haha yeah, usually it helps to read a bit further than what you're confused about in case they remind you or something.
One thing I've noticed about Warriors is they never start out a scene by saying when it takes place. They always slip in a "it was 3 moons after such-and-such, and..." in a random place instead.

mhm. and even (if you get a hardback) in the jacket they don't even say "a couple moons after"r or something
