It is with regret that I come to inform you all that I may soon be shutting down fernclan and grassclan, and, of course, I owe you all an explanation behind why I've chosen to do this and I intend to be as thorough as I can be.


As you all probably know, these were my first clans upon joining this site, and I spent a lot of time and effort in creating something I thought would be fun and enjoyable for everyone. However, over time I've come to realize that It was an ambitious project from the start, and one I clearly shouldn't have taken on my own. One clan is, after all a lot of work to manage and seek members for, the very concept of a single person arranging two clans and later four all alone is mindblowing and well outside of my skill range. As a result both clans were suffering, both a lack of activity and members as well as from poor management that only further broke down the foundation of what I had sought and failed to create.

I spent a long time considering this, thinking about what I could do to fix it but as I saw the group continuing down a path of limited activity with no new members joining and my own reluctance to take on what would be a taxing amount of work to fix things, I became painfully aware there was likely a very low chance of coming back from this under the current format. I want to become better at managing clans and creating better layouts and formats and I feel the only way I can do that is if I limit my focus. I've enjoyed the roleplays I've done with you all in both Fernclan and Grassclan and I've spent a long time considering what to do, so it is no spur of the moment reasoning behind why I do this.


I do, however, hope to rp with you guys in the future, in other clans perhaps and intend to dedicate more of my time spent in the forums on improving management of clans through less ambitious projects. I want to learn to create more engaging stories that inspire my roleplayers to act them out in a way they enjoy. For that reason, I will be setting my focus on another clan for now, and will be making every attempt to meet the expectations I have for myself and that others should be able to feel confident in having for me as well. Thank you all for the patience you had with me.

I just put way too much on my plate planning a 4-clan roleplay on my own and It was a sad revelation that I couldn't figure out how to get the plot rolling -- it being such an enormous plot and well beyond my skill to initiate.
Thank you so much for your interest and willingness to help, I think I'd really like that -- you seem to know what you're doing based on what I've seen of you -- I saw you made a clan yourself recently ahaha! I look forward to roleplaying with you again too!
