Let's see...
- Tree x Violet - Tree - Officiating Fin x Twig - Blaze and Cinnamon and Ant - Tigerstar making ShadowClan again - Rippletail - Sleekwhisker and whoever else is left of the Kin - Like four different prophecies - Shadowkit and Lightkit - Alderheart - RiverClan getting fixed - Alder x Velvet (possibly??) - And probably lots more
Seems like a lot of loose ends to wrap up in just one book... even if AVoS leads directly into TBC the way PoT led into OotS, it would be surprising to leave these open at the end of the arc. How do you think they'll end all these things? Not to mention whatever the "raging storm" is..

The main thing for me is the Rippletail and Slatefur fiasco. That name mixup is a huge error. In my opinion the editors should be fired for that mistake. Its not a simple gender mixup, or name typo which is irritating but doesn't affect the story much. This is a major mistake because it affects the story so much because Rippletail and Slatefur are such different characters and this typo changes so much of the story. In my opinion Tigerheart's Shadow is the accurate story and Rippletail was with Clovertail, Berryheart, and Sparrowtail and came back with Tigerheart. Slatefur who's barely older than an apprentice, and lost his mother and the majority of his siblings to Darktail would easily find sanctuary as a kitty pet named Buster. I think this mistake should be fixed or at least brought to readers attention. If I were the publishers I would pull the book off the shelves, make the corrections and republish the books giving free copies of the corrected version to people who had previously bought the book. I have written on Kate's blog about this inconsistency and that it should be addressed.

I don't actually think there's much to wrap up here. There's no main plot anymore, so the book is really just going to clear up some loose ends. They even could have tweaked RoF and ended there. I would have been fine with that, since I'm tired of AVOS at this point.

So there's obviously enough for another book. Plus, we need Violetshine and Twigbranch to finally have a good chat

I'm still wondering why Twigbranch got a vision of fire when she's not a Medicine Cat.

I'm still wondering why Twigbranch got a vision of fire when she's not a Medicine Cat. Because she's a POV.

I'm still wondering why Twigbranch got a vision of fire when she's not a Medicine Cat. Because the Erins hate us and want to keep making Alderheart useless. He could've had the vision and used his plot to make sense of it. For her, it still could've been done by giving her a bad dream of some sort, or hearing her mother's voice in the dream and her interpreting it as a sign.
