Already been covered - they mean Fernsong, Cinderheart's son, when it says "kit's kit".

That mistake is just as bad as Graystripe calling Mistystar and Stonefur his kits.

Ivypool was never called Cinderheart's daughter, so it's not a mistake. That line was referring to Ivypool's mate, Fernsong, who is Cinderheart's son.
