Ok yeah um my entry does have a lot of blood in it, so I'm questioning if I should pull out of this. My character is in a mental health place as he had killed his brother and his brother's friends one night due to his bad schizophrenia and perhaps insanity, and he does have a shorter flashback to that night. I tried my best not to be overly descriptive, because I absolutely love writing these types of things and I do get a bit carried away, so I'm wondering if I should drop out of this round so I don't get in trouble.
Or maybe upload it to a different site but I don't know if I can do that, because I'm not going to rewrite everything two days before the contest ends.

Damn... Okay if you're gonna come back Mustang I do need an answer because mine isn't finished yet and I'm not going to finish something if I don't know if I am going to get in trouble for uploading it.

Hey, sorry for not responding I've just trying to figure out what I wanna do... Really sorry, you can post it and I'll read it. If you need some time tomorrow to finish take it, I don't mind choosing a winner and setting up the next round maybe in the evening or even on Thursday at some point.
Agh, sorry again for being a bad host I was just unsure what I wanted to do. ;-; But no, I don't mind reading it and it'll count as your entry for the round.

Its fine, I read and posted on the actual thread. Thanks for the entry! And honestly, I think you did fine in the horror genre, your story was great. c:
Part of the reason I made this contest with different genres is to help others stretch their comfort zones and to improve on writing. I actually had the idea for myself, and decided for fun to post it here. So yeah, I'm actually writing my own stories to each of these genres, I might upload them here soon but I dunno.

This story had a lot of potential going for it but because I procrastinated and had to wait and other crap I lost a lot of muse and I could barely finish this. I might have to drop out because of my loss of muse, but I will stay for now. |

It was hard to choose a winner, but looking over the entries again I finally picked one. All of you had amazing stories, I loved each and every one and it was hard to choose one over the others.
The winner for round 1, horror genre, is StarryDreamer. Congrats, whenever you want to please give me your request so I can start drawing it. c:
Please know, I seriously did love all the other entries, and you all are very good writers!
Now.
Onto round 2! And the genre is...
Dystopian.
Since we are running a little late since someone needed more time, if you can't get your entries done by next Tuesday don't rush and freak out. Take until Wednesday, that'll be the new deadline unless everyone can get it done on Tuesday.
So: If you can try to get your story done by next Tuesday 11 pm, but if you can't you have until Wednesday 11 pm to finish it!
Remember, word count must be 2,000 words and abide by the rules by keeping it PG 13 or under. Thank you!

right got it also one question, could I write something danger days? obviously less because the universe is HUGE but i mean basically it's people living on a desert after an evil corporation took over and stuff happens it's pretty great and post-apocalyptic and dystopian |

John 3:16Well, I know I didn't state this in the rules but I want your characters and plot to be unique, you can't take anyone else's characters and plots. Its okay to use the general idea (like warrior cats for example) but for instance you can't use Squirrelflight or use the plot between Firestar and Tigerstar. So I don't really know what danger days is, but you can use that so long as you keep your plot and characters your own. And sorry for not responding sooner. ;-;

But I kinda have to drop out, I'm losing muse for writing full on stories, and I'm not going to be able to write (unless it's rps). Agh I don't know how to put this, and I don't want to, but if I continue to write my quality is going to be my first entry bad. Actually, even worse. I don't want to have to torture myself and you by reading/writing, so yeah, I have to drop out. Sorry :/
