I usually am not too big on mentor/apprenitce relationships, however CherryxSharp was really sweet and cute. They also clearly loved each other too.

Nope. I always found that idea ridiculous and I still do. It felt like cats needed to be added to the DF so random cats were chosen without thought. Perhaps if it was elaborated more I would've been fine with it but we were never given any better reasoning.

I like Thrushpelt. And I just see him as a mix between a father figure and a family friend. In fact, he reminds me of a family friend of ours for over twenty years.

i'm really in-between with thrushpelt tbh. there's nothing about him i really like or dislike. he just exists. also, the fact that he was a warrior when bluestar was a kit bothers me. i would prefer if he cared for her kits out of friendship rather than romantic intent. |

He didn't overdo it with his feelings for Bluestar, I guess he was perfect in that regard. He loved Mistykit, Mosskit and Stonekit as his own and truly grieved when they had been 'killed'. He was a constant support for Bluestar, and never asked for anything in return, so that has earned my admiration for Thrushpelt.

In-between. She was a decent mother to Cloudtail (she had good intentions giving Cloudtail to Firestar, and maintained contact with him until the Great Journey), but what is holding me bad from liking her is her shock and reaction to Princess. It's a natural reaction, so I am pretty biased here, it's mostly because I like Brightheart and it hurt her a lot.
