you individually can’t

I’m sure an admin would be able to, but I can’t confirm because I’m not an admin

they change (“level up”) automatically as you post more (with special ranks for certain post values, such as getting “Dank Warrior” at 420 posts and then returning to the regular leveling-up ones at 421)

You can change ranks from cat to dog ones, so to speak.

Go to your Profile > then Groups. From there you can join whichever one you prefer.
