alright so i'd like some advice on how to go about this i have a comic sketched out in my notebook, and i'd like to get a picture of it and load it into sai to convert to a digital comic for those of you who actually know what you're doing, what's the best way to go about this?

i dont usually do that too often but the few times ive done it ive just scanned it to my computer, then made some new layers and gone over the basic line art before coloring, shading and all that. pretty self explanatory and im sure someone else has a better way of going about it, but that's just how ive done it in the past lol.

I just used the scanner on top of my printer, transferred it to photoshop and used it as a sketch layer ^^
Or took a picture on the sketchbook app and used it as a sketch for my real lines.
