some say love is a complex thing
that its your family
who share your suffering
some call it an evil lie
poison in disguise
that withers til you die
a present perhaps?
complex emotions
some hide under wraps
but i believe love is dependant on you
and on the people
who care about you
you cannot ask i wingless bird to fly
as you cannot ask liars to part ways with a lie
for love this is also true
you cannot expect ones who love to part ways with you.
so if this happens- and it will
you feel a cold grip
one you cannot kill
do not feel as though you did wrong
it was a trick you followed- a fiscade.
but true love will never waver
and love from old betrayels will be there forever
others will sense the love so dont throw it away
because new people will love it
and never go away
so be proud-
because though they left you after so long
that pain in you is love- still burning strong
love and be loved
