He walked with the sound of heavy boots and steps in uniform with hers and the standard military stepping. “Is she going to make it?” He asked sternly. “How did she get here and why was she on a roof?” He asked
Alexander followed curiously. Why were they this close

The nurse flinched slightly but quickly composed herself. "She will make it. Joanna just needs some time to heal. As for why she was on the roof, I'm not really sure."
Riza stopped after walking five minutes cause she heard what sounded like voices up ahead. She looked around wondering if there was a hill they could climb or some kind of incline.

He nodded “who brought my daughter. I was told a man brought her in” He said. He heard rumors about Joanna with a man they all called the wolf and wanted to meet the guy before Joanna intervened
Alexander started climbing a small incline and motioned over to them

The woman leads the way to where Jack was being held. "Here he is sir." She said before taking a few steps back.
Riza followed and pulls out her binoculars.

A tall man with broad shoulders and a very muscular build walked in. He looked about 40 or so. He had dark sleek hair and a stern expression “what’s your name soldier” He asked walking to jack. He looked at his charts seeing two bullets to the back. “When did you get hit?”

"My name is Jack Blackwind and I got hit while I was racing to get to your daughter." Jack said as he looked up at the tall man. In a way this man reminded him a lot of his own father.
"There is a big group of them." Riza said as she kept her gaze. "I see a few boxes full of weapons and explosives. For now they seem to be walking around and tending to their wounds."

"and why were you racing to get to Joanna?" the man asked as he sat down in a chair. he seemed to not be fooling around "was it your duty to go to her, who was on top of a building or to fight the enemy?" he asked
"i say we blow up the explosives so they cant blow us up" he said simply

Jack looked at the man in the eye. "I went to get Joanna cause I am dating her. I'm not sure why she was on the roof but she managed to save my life more than once!"
Riza chuckled softly as she sets up her sniper rifle. "Would you like to do the honors? There is one to thee north south and east."

"you abandoned your duties as a soldier because your girlfriend was in danger?" he grumbled. he was grateful for what he did for his daughter but duties were duties.
"we need to know how much first so it wont effect the camp" alexander said

"she is a nurse. why was she on the roof with her gun?" he asked. He hated the fact she chose to be a nurse but now she used the skills he had given her, he felt guilty. She was up there because it was what he taught her. he needed answers
"think it would hurt base?" he asked

"I think so." Riza said lowering her binoculars. Jason turned his head towards a near by sound. "Think I hear a car coming!"

Joanna was now in her own room as Anlea came in “Jack your wife is out. You can go see her” she said popping her head in then hurrying off

Jack winced at what Anlea had said. "I-I care about her a lot s-sir. As for what the other nurse said she only thinks we are married."
Riza gets down and watches as two big Hummers come into the encampment. People begin to come out and remove some boxes. "Great now what do they have?"

"Wish I knew which group they were apart of." Jason said moving around to get more comfortable. "During the battle, I heard a lot of languages. Do you think a bunch of countries are trying to start a war with the US?"
Riza glanced over at Jason then looked back at the group. "Np, I don't think things are that bad. This is probably some rogue group."
Jack slowly nodded his head. He waited to see what else the man would do.

As joanna was laying there in a medically induced coma, her father moved to touch her hand. "she better pull through" he whispered.
joanna was having her dreams. there was the thoughts and the hopes she had wished ot accomplish and her body was trying to help her through this all

alexander smirked and pulled out his gun. he aimed and pulled the trigger three times quickly. BOOOOMMMMMMMMMM the earth shuck and flames roared

Riza felt the aftershock and winced as she held on to the ground. She waited a moment before she looked through her binocilars again. The enemy troops were running around in a frenzy and some weren't running at all.
"Nice shot!" Jason whispered to him.
"She will pull through." Jack mumbled to himself.

“She is a strong one” her father said. He hadn’t been around for her a lot lately. Hadn’t seen her since he dropped her off at the place to go to basic training
