Pantherfang | 84 moons | Medicine Cat

Physical Description: Clearly, she was meant to be a fighter. Her pelt is spangled with scars and her ears have both been torn away. Age is shown through the white hairs forming a stripe down her back. However, it is clear why she is a Medicine cat when one looks at her eyes- they are blinded and clawed, and clearly from the look on her face she was stubborn enough to not want to relearn how to fight and hunt.
Personality: Pantherfang didn’t want to be a Medicine cat, and it shows. She is abrasive, stubborn, argumentative, and apathetic, complaining about the scent of the herbs or their taste. The only cat she seems to trust is her daughter, Blackberry, and even then she seems to take her with a grain of salt.
Kin/History: She was once an almighty warrior, with muscles so strong they said she could carry boulders on her back. She was happy like this, with a large and loving family- and it all changed, at least to her, the moment she was blinded. She refused to learn around her newfound disability as she hated it so much, instead becoming the Medicine cat of the Clan- even though she still hates the job and would rather be fighting with working eyes. Her daughter is Blackberry, and her grandchildren are Darkpaw and Nightpaw. She used to have 2 sons, Olivekit and Rookpaw, but Olivekit drowned and Rookpaw was hit by a car. Heterosexual.

Snakeclaw | 80 moons | Elder
[ A small, dark brown spotted tabby with small ears. ]
Physical Description: Snakeclaw really does look like his namesake. With a scrawny figure, short legs, and a long winding tail, he really does look like a snake. He is an elder, and does rather look the part, with an always-stuffy nose and crusty eyes. He has dark green eyes.
Personality: Snakeclaw thinks his generation was the best generation- and is pretty loud about this opinion. He is always complaining about how the Clan isn’t as strong as it used to be, or how it’s grown lazy, or how it used to be smarter, or whatever retort he comes up with. He seems to especially have bugs up his nose about apprentices in particular, to the point where it seems he detests it when they come to change his bedding or clean his fur of ticks. But underneath that complaining lies a golden heart- which can especially be seen when he’s around kits, as he is very kind to them and loves to see them.
Kin/History: Used to be Pantherfang’s fighting partner and closest friend in battle back in what he calls “the good old days,” which is why he’s often reminiscing with her in the Medicine den. His children are Thistlefire and Oakwater. Heterosexual.

Thistlefire | 20 moons | Warrior
[ A tall, bright ginger classic tabby tom with white paws and green eyes.]
Physical Description: Continuing his father’s line of accurate names, Thistlefire really does look like his two namesakes. His fur is bushy and sticks up on end, and his bright ginger coat looks like a stubborn flame. He is massive, and looks very much like his deceased mother.
Personality: Because of his father blaming him for his mother’s death, Thistlefire is desperate to please. This has made him bold and reckless, and constantly ambitious for more. He is the complete opposite of his more patient sister. He can be brash and takes on more than he can handle, and he easily gets into fights, but overall he just wants to prove himself worthy of a life and to overcome the shadow of his mother’s death.
Kin/History: Thistlefire and Oakwater’s mother died in childbirth, giving out just after delivering Thistlefire (which is why Snakeclaw dislikes his son- he still believes him responsible, and that she might had survived had he never been born). This led the two siblings to different paths, even though they still are friends of each other. Needless to say, his father is Snakeclaw and his sister is Oakwater. Bisexual, male preference.

Oakwater | 20 moons | Warrior
[ A small, spangled dark brown mackerel tabby, reminiscent of her father Snakeclaw. ]
Physical Description: Very similar to her father, she sports a slim frame and small legs, with dark green eyes. Her fur is a dark mackerel tabby brown, and her tail is a bit shorter and stubbier than her father’s. She’s actually rather strong, despite her weak-looking body, and she has large ears.
Personality: If her brother is fire, she is water. The death of her mother in childbirth made her a very subdued, quiet kitten who never took anything for granted. She is patient and calm, and sharply logical- which leads to her being rather dry and blunt. She isn’t one much for ambition, and is content with what she has, but she is still opportunistic and will take what comes to her. Others think of Oakwater as cold and uncaring, but in reality she’s just logical- though she does make it seem like she is sometimes.
Kin/History: Oakwater and Thistlefire’s mother died in childbirth, giving out just after delivering Thistlefire. This is the main reason why Oakwater is so quiet and logical. Her brother is Thistlefire and her father is Snakeclaw. Bisexual, no preference.

Blackberry | 35 moons | Warrior

Physical Description: Blackberry’s fur is reminiscent of her mother’s. Otherwise, though, she looks more like her father- scrawny, but not overwhelmingly so, with large ears and a long muzzle, built for hunting rather than fighting. She has pale green eyes and white whiskers.
Personality: Blackberry is almost the opposite of her mother. She is welcome to change, and enjoys it. She always looks for a better opportunity than she has
Kin/History: Not much history, besides being the child of Pantherfang. Mother is Pantherfang, children are Darkpaw and Nightpaw. She had two siblings, Olivekit and Rookpaw, but Olivekit drowned and Rookpaw was hit by a car. Heterosexual.

Darkpaw | 8 moons | Apprentice
[ A small, sleek black tom with a pale underbelly and faint tabby stripes on his flanks. ]
Physical Description: Darkpaw is a small, sleek tom. He has black fur, with a faint black tabby pattern that can only be seen in the sunlight, and a pale underbelly with black tabby spots on its edges. His tail is a pale gray, and is ringed with black. His eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: Darkpaw is, to put it bluntly, afraid of everything. He jumps at the slightest things and is perpetually paranoid. He does have a sense of bravery in that he still continues his duties despite being so terrified of everything. When not scared, he is wiser than he is given credit for. He is quiet, letting his sister Nightpaw do most talking.
Kin/History: Mother is Blackberry, grandmother is Pantherfang, sister is Nightpaw. Homosexual.

Nightpaw | 8 moons | Apprentice
[ A sleek solid black molly with bright yellow eyes. ]
Physical Description: Nightpaw in terms of shape is much like her brother Darkpaw- sleek, thin, with large ears. Unlike him, she is solid black, with silky fur that reflects the moonlight. A long-healed nick is in one of her ears, and her eyes are a brilliant yellow color.
Personality: Nightpaw is reminiscent of how her grandmother Pantherfang was in her own youth. Abrasive, determined, and constantly angered by change, she is known for talking quite a bit. However, she is always faithful to her Clan and either doesn’t know fear or is very good at pretending she doesn’t. She gets along with her brother Darkpaw, even though she can be quite mean to him at times, and she gets particularly gleeful about the glory of battle. Very close to Pantherfang because of how similar they are.
Kin/History: Mother is Blackberry, grandmother is Pantherfang, brother is Darkpaw. Pansexual.

Chester | 7 moons | Kittypet
[ A yellow tabby tom with pale green eyes and a striped collar around his neck. ]
Physical Description: A vivid yellow-orange mackerel tabby tom with pale lime-green eyes. Around his rather sturdy neck sits a dark blue collar with red, yellow, and purple stripes, a red fish-shaped tag, and a yellow jingle bell that rings when he walks. Chester often scratches at this collar, as it makes him itch. He is slightly big for his age, but he acts his age nonetheless. His ears are rounded like that of a lion’s.
Personality: Chester is one of those excitable little cats who dreams of freedom. He is often kept pent up inside by his rather neglectful owners and simply wants to be free and in the alleys- how he'll get that, he doesn't actually really know. Chester is a very naive cat who doesn't really think about the effects of his actions, meaning he will often trust the wrong cat. He does mean well, though- he'd never forgive himself for purposefully harming anything.

Sparrow | 25 moons | Rogue

Physical Description: Sparrow is a slim, small cinnamon ticked tabby molly with white patches on her paws and muzzle. One of her ears has many nicks in it, and her tail is slightly shorter than most tails.
Personality: Sparrow is a complete opportunist, and very selfish. She only thinks of herself, and nobody else, only valuing what is of use to her. She thinks the idea of cats helping each other to survive is hilarious more than anything. But she is clever and quick-witted, and very smart- it’s just she doesn’t use her abilities to the advantage of others.

Bronze | 19 moons | Rogue
[ A large, muscular, brawny golden tom with white patches and green eyes. ]
Physical Description: Bronze may very well be made of his namesake. A massive golden tom with muscles like rock and green eyes that glimmer like seaglass, he looks like the kind of cat that could kill you just for looking at them. He has a broad stubby tail and short but sharp claws.
Personality: Bronze is in reality a very kind cat. He’s a gentle giant, for the most part, but if you get on his bad side he’ll rip you to shreds. He is rather naive and overly trusting. Bronze often helps out fellow rogues, although they don’t often return his favor. He is also fearless to the point that it’s dangerous, and a little bit of a braggart. Overall though, his heart is in the right place, even though he has his flaws.
