She thought for a few moments about her herb storage and what she was low on and what could wait. She had been planning to go out tomorrow, but if she could get the help of Icyfern today then that would make her life much easier. Looking at the tom, a low purr rumbled in her chest, "I wonder if he knows just how thankful I am for him," warmth spread through her to her paws, though was quickly engulfed with doubt and the need to dismiss her feelings, "Hanging out with a medicine cat," she scoffed, "might just be wasting his time when he could be doing his warrior duties," she thought. Shaking her head, Birdsong looked up at Icyfern and nodded, "Let's walk and pick some herbs," she agreed.
