What do you think would've happened if Hollyleaf never ran away from ThunderClan at the end of Sunrise?

Yikes I never thought of that. (You know she does end up coming back right?)

the clans would probably be on her side at first, ridiculing everyone who was involed in there raising. (LeafPool, CrowFeather, and SquirrelFlight) soon, they might find out that she killed Ashfur, and she would be exiled

She would have lived to have her character ruined in A Vision of Shadows.

It would’ve definitely been awkward. I don’t think Firestar would’ve exiled her, probably just given a strong scolding, if he knew she tried to convince Leafpool to eat deathberries I think he would, but Leafpool would have never told him that. She’d probably be ostracized by the clan and would isolate herself anyway. I could see her relationship with her brothers strained as they could have blamed her for the stigma they had which the clans were now aware of.
Overall probably a more uncomfortable situation.

Along with what @wnterheart, hollybell, and Lightflame said, there'd also be how Hollyleaf would handle realizing that Dovewing takes her place in the Three. I don't think she'd take it well at first but eventually learns to accept that things happen, and she'd help her brothers and Dovewing in any way she can.

I think it would have been far worse for her. Having her shame stay in her face would utterly destroy Hollyleaf and it wouldn't surprise me if she still ended up running away later on, but even more maladjusted and broken so she'd end up a pretty nasty rogue.
Another option is that she ends up pumped full of anger and bile like Thistleclaw.

I don't think Hollyleaf is the type of person to accept new things. When she returned to the clans she kind of flinched when Leafpool came to great her.

I always thought that it was her thinking along the lines of "She's greeting me after what I almost did to her?" or something like that.
