[ Yeah, I felt really bad for leaving this clan behind. I love it sooo much, it's always been my favorite out of all the clans I've made(which is a lot.

Sedgeblossom let out a large yawn as she paced around the camp, her dark grey fur slightly ruffled, a tired look in the she cats eyes. She had barely gotten any sleep the night before, and had dawn patrol that morning. She padded to the fresh kill pile, trying to stay awake. Her brother was crossing the camp, searching for something to do.
Stormpaw was curled up in the medicine cats den, feigning sleep. He had not yet been released yet, fighting an infection on his shoulder wound. The tom was hoping that if he was asleep, no one would bother him. The tom settled his head on his paws, feeling uncomfortable in this strange den.

Since Boulderfang had already left with her group of cats to go on a border patrol, Maggot-throat was stuck with watching after Sedgepaw. She wasn't as easy going as other cats and knew that lazing around doing nothing while you "healed" would wind you up more injured than you already were so she had already figured that she would take Sedgepaw out into the territory. As she walked into the part of the medicine cats' dens that hosted patients the black-and-white she-cat saw Sedgepaw sleeping. "Wake up," she growled as she prodded his side with her paw. "We're going out." |

The hairless medicine cat was checking up on her herb supplies when she heard a growl from behind. Turning her head she saw Maggot-throat with Sedgepaw and sighed. Although Sedgepaw hadn't been bothering much Beetleleg was still relieved that someone was taking the apprentice out. You'll need to get some exercise to get better as well as rest. she thought turning back to what she was doing

Maggot-throat shoved the young tom out of the den and into the sunlight of the camp above. "Alligatorsnap and Boulderfang's orders," she mumbled over her shoulder to Beetleleg. Even though she had only been in there for a few sparing seconds the scent of herbs clung heavily to her pelt. Surprisingly herbs had been completely stocked this leaf-bare even though the prey had been scarce. Usually when prey was scarce, so were herbs. It had been an odd season. "We're going swimming." |

Beetleleg swallowed a bit of laughter as she watched the two out the corner of her eyes pretending like she needed to gather more herbs. Something about the warrior made the medicine cat full of laughter, more than usual, even though she wasn't exactly the nicest of cats. They hadn't talked much but she enjoyed anyone's company no matter how short and unspoken it was.
"Just don't mess up my work." she called after the duo

Maggot-throat ;;
Maggot-throat grunted in response to Beetleleg and headed out of the camp and into the marshes with Sedgepaw. The stream where they would be swimming was in the wetter part of the territory where there was barely any dry land. There were a few islands with pine trees farther down where the stream met the river that ran through the territory but that was quite a ways a way so they wouldn't be going there. "High-tail it, Sedgepaw." |
