[ Yeah fair enough. A griffen would be interesting since it can fly, so would be harder for the cats to get under control. That could explain why it escapes and wrecks havoc in the city. We could also have a cyclops escape? Or even the minotaur - though in greek mythology the minotaur was said to live in a labyrinth, so not sure if it would make sense for it to be in the city. I think a griffen probably sounds the best right now. ]

[ Oooh that'd be interesting. Though if it were a siren they'd probably all fall under its song/spell and probably be killed. ]

[ Chimera I think we're saving for the monster that one of the guards finds and promises power in the plot. Sphinx would be interesting I think. The others might prove to be just too powerful. I'm not really familiar with an empusa. ]

[ I reckon it's between a griffen, cyclops and sphinx. They seem powerful enough to escape, but not too powerful that can end up killing all the cats. I think I'm leaning more towards a griffen. ]

[ Oooh that sounds interesting too. Considering the cats can turn into their respective big cats though, I reckon they might be too easy to defeat? I'm not sure. I'll wait to see what zero thinks so we can decide on a monster and get some drama going^^ ]

(Both Griffins and Sphinxes pose similar challenges with the fact that Griffens can fly I forgot what Sphinxes do) [ Yeah that's true. I think Sphinxes normally ask their opponents a riddle first though, which if they get wrong they're then killed. Considering the cats would probably attack it before it was able to ask a riddle though, I'm sure it'd just attack back and defend itself. ]

[ They're similar in some ways yeah. Griffin have the head and front legs of an eagle and body, back legs and tail of a lion. I think in Greek mythology someone (I can't remember who) answered the Sphinx's riddle correctly and it did end up doing that, but being able to answer their riddles is extremely hard and I don't think the cats would be able to do it. ]

(Rip any monster we choose, they gonna be traumatized) [ Haahahaha honestly I think that cats will be more so xD Remember the cats will be eventually overpowered and the monster will escape the Colosseum and wreck havoc in the streets before it escapes to the forest ]

[ Hey zero, we're thinking either a sphinx or griffin as the monster. What do you think? ]

My computer decided not to load this page until I posted. ^^'
I like the griffin idea. The sphinx does sound interesting, but it wouldn't really work. The cats wouldn't exactly be lining up to answer the riddle. We could have the griffin be diving down and having the cats try to get cover. )
