A few get into a prestigious school of art A few didn't make the cut They remain friends, but their lives are so different and resentment is seeded in the hearts of some Can they make it past these barriers or will a few words on paper make all the difference?
I'd rather jump right into this with whatever we really want to do but if you want to plan we can do some of that too ^^

[[ guess I'll start then? xD bit short and patchy but style is not cool right now so apologies ]]
"C'mon, Lu. I know you have a favorite."
Lucie's eyes stayed pinned on the white tiled floor, watching the tips of her shoes flick in and out of frame. "I'm fine, really."
Martin rolled his eyes. "Give us two specials, uh, the caramel spice cap." He tapped his fingers against the counter as the blonde tapped his change into the register with long, vibrant red nails. A young man came from behind the partition, handing Martin his ordered drinks.
Lucie waited until they were out of earshot before she tugged on Martin's elbow. "I told you I didn't want anything," she said in a low voice, taking quick steps to keep up with Martin's longer strides as they made their way to the back of the coffee shop to their usual booth.
"And I told you to choose something."
"That doesn't mean--" Lucie cut herself off, frustrated but knowing Martin would have gotten her something no matter what she had argued. She took the side opposite him, accepting the offered cup. "Thanks."
