My grandma has a really bad mouse problem in her house. We set traps and after a while the mice went away, but I guess now they are back. My succulent was having a little trouble outside. Because it was raining so much, it was becoming severely overwatered - its leaves were turning black and falling off without drying up (succulent leaves dry up and fall of naturally but this wasn't the case). I was terrified that it was going to die, so I brought it inside under a lamp and didn't water it for a few weeks. As soon as it was looking better and I began to water it, a mouse showed up and chewed it to pieces. One of the leaves in the middle was in the process of falling off naturally. But the rest is a mess. The vermin even chewed a gaping hole in the top stem, so now I'm convinced it's going to die for sure. ;-;

I feel like one of my pets has died even though the plant is still green and stuff.
I am definitely setting as many mouse traps as i can. We use sticky ones, not snap traps. Tbh I'm really depressed about it.
