(( Honestly, there is no excuse for ignoring a plot. I will admit, I forget about the plot the majority of the time, but I'm been trying to remember it much more now.
As example, Sweetpaw couldn't sleep because of Blizzardstar not feeling good and losing a life, that they recently handled with many deaths occurring because of the epidemic, and because of Nightpaw's death. However, she is trying to stay positive. I was going to write it soon, but I don't approach it well enough. I will make sure to start doing that more often
As for the rest, I believe we should start setting down, just to make others, and myself, know where we are placed in the plot.
Of course, we should have our characters react more, instead of ignoring it. Even though we don't know where we are placed, the least you can do is show some sadness, or even more determination with your characters. At least show that you are understanding to follow the plot, even though your character may not be entirely involved.
Forgive me if it's demanding, but I'm just saying. We really should acknowledge it in some way.
Rain, this clan isn't boring whatsoever, nonetheless the plot, I promise you. But how other characters can get involved; I don't know if we should entirely plan out how everything should work, because then, it wouldn't be as interesting because you're expecting it.
However, I'm sure any characters are welcome to join in, right? After all, this is a roleplay. It shouldn't be written out with specific characters involved like a book, but still follow a plot like one.
I'm open to hear what you'd like to do Rain, and if you'd like suggestions of how we could be more active in the roleplay, I'm completely alright with giving some.
I just wanted to throw some things out there about what I'm thinking. <33
I must admit I'm still really tired so if these don't all add up, I'm sorry :c
It's a high possibility I will be stating more later, but I will try my best to not edit my post unless it is absolutely necessary for continuing on with my brainstorming.

Also, I'm pretty certain that the history you provided wouldn't be accepted either. Sorry if this is overstepping btw, ʀᴀɪɴʟᴇᴀғ 🍁 } |

The main plot is essentially a collective number of things that push SkyClan to journey towards the lake and find the other four Clans. If we don't want this, I can change the plot, as times have changed.

◆ Forbidden romance with a rogue/loner/kittypet/cat from Badger's group
◆ Clan life essentially
◆ Blizzardstar slowly being unfit to lead due to all the grief [Similar to Bluestar,
but t'll get better.]

Pretty much anything that wouldn't make them leave the gorge because of how unsafe it's becoming. These are all general ideas, if you have more, let me know. |

Dovespeck thought a moment. She hadn't really given much thought about what her plans for the future, she just lived from day to day. Turning to look at the she-cat, she smiled awkwardly. "I haven't really given it much thought. " She mewed honestly. "The thing that concerns me the most is this rising river...." She mewed, concern lacing her voice.
Dovespeck looked up at Cinder, her eyes clouding with worry. "I had forgotten all about that..." She lowered her head, her mind filling with thoughts. "What do you think Blizzardstar will do?" She asked, not talking to anyone directly. As Dove neared the edge of the border, her head shot up, her ears perked. A low growl was rumbling unnervingly close to the small group of cats.
Cindernight heard the low growl and protective stood next to Dovespeck, her fur slowly rising. She hadn't expected to run into any rouges this deep in Skyclan territory, but you could never be to sure.
The two cats instinctively slid their claws out, eyes looking around for any danger. As the growling grew louder, Dovespeck spotted the distinct black and white marking of a badger. She let out an ear piercing yowl and crouched down, ready to attack. Before Dove could react, the badger had lighted itself off the ground, landing squarely on Cindernights haunches. |
